After saving T'Challa from the klans, he invited Rhodey and Wilson to Wakanda for his welcome home celebration. The RTF comes out of stealth mode and becomes visible as it glides over a mountain range. They have enter the Capital of Wakanda Breaking dawn. The RTF heads for the Royal Palace and touch down on the landing pad. Queen Mother Ramonda, AYO and the rest of the Dora Milajes were standing out as T'Challa, Nakia, Shuri, Okoye, Jabari, Sam and Rhodeh exit out of the RTF as the two American men bow.
"T'Challa, my son. You're safe and sound." Ramonda said as she hug her son.
"I'm fine, mama." T'Challa said as Ramonda touches her son face.
"Shuri. You and I are going to have a talk." Ramonda said.
"But mother, I was just trying to..." Shuri tries to explain as her mother told her not to go to America in the first.
"Not another word, Shuri." Ramonda said.
"Mother, she was just trying to help. Okoye kept a close eye on her when we were in the States." T'Challa explain.
"Its true, Queen Mother. I was looking after the princess." Okoye said.
"Inside." Ramonda said as Shuri walks inside the Palace.
"Go easy on her, mother." T'Challa said.
"She not ready to do something like that. Its too dangerous. My son, who are these men?" Ramonda asked.
"This is Sam Wilson and Colonel James Rhodes. These men saved my life and they serve their country." T'Challa said.
"Wakanda is grateful for you men for saving the king life. Thank you." Ramonda said thanking Wilson and Rhodes.
"You're welcome. Your majesty." Rhodes bowed.
"Its an honor to be back here in Wakanda. After what happened." Sam said.
"Wakanda owes you. You all should join us for the feast. You are all welcome." Ramonda said.
"It will be an honored, ma'am." Sam Wilson said.
"Come." Ramonda said as they follow her into the palace.
"Your mother sure has a way with visitors. I remember when you first introduce me." Nakia said as T'Challa place his arm around her shoulder.
"Its what mothers do." T'Challa said.
At night, a Feast is in progress inside the Palace, Rhodey, Jabari, Nakia, Shuri, and Queen Mother Ramonda sit amongst the gathered Wakandians and the tribes. T'Challa walks by with Okoye and Ayo.
"Enjoying yourself, Colonel Rhodes?" T'Challa said.
"I gotta tell you, man. Your food in Wakanda is the best. Just wish you guys have beer, here." Rhodes said as he eats.
"We have berry wine, if that's fine." T'Challa said.
"Yeah, wine is good." Rhodey said.
"Where's Captain Wilson?" T'Challa said.
"He's out there." Rhodey pointed out as he was standing out on the balcony alone.
T'Challa walks to the balcony to talk to Sam, who was staring at the scenery.
"Enjoying the view, Captain?" T'Challa asked.
"Oh, yes. It's beautiful, here. Glad we got rid of the Klans. Now my sister and my nephews won't live in fear in their own hometown anymore by racists. I also got a lot on my mind." Sam said.
"What is on your mind?" T'Challa said.
"Everything. Trying to be the new Captain America. Trying to take Steve place. Trying to be the best that I can. I don't know how am I going to do it, Challa." Sam said.
"Im pretty sure you're doing fine, Captain Rogers choose you for a reason to take his place. He saw potential in you and think you will fill his shoes." T'Challa said.
"Yeah, I promise him that I would do my best, but people don't think I'm capable of filling his shoes." Sam said.
"When I was in the States, I notice that people who look like us been having hard lives than us Wakandians. Innocent men, women and children being killed for no reasons. That what Killmonger was talking about." T'Challa said.
"Killmonger?" Sam said.
"His real name is Erik. He was my cousin from America." T'Challa said.
"You have American relatives?" Sam said.
"I did. He died while trying to take over Wakada. He wasn't a bad man, just misunderstood. My father killed his father. His brother. My uncle. Wanted to take his revenge on me." T'Challa said.
"Damn. Killing your own relative. Blood cousin. I know what that's like. Everybody been through that in life." Sam said.
"May I ask what's wrong with Colonel Rhodes? He seems different at the swamp that night." T'Challa said.
"He's still taking hard after Stark's death. He's been drinking lately. I just hate to see him like this." Sam said.
"Stark was a good man. He saved us." T'Challa said.
"Yeah. He may been an airhead, but he was a chill dude." Sam said.
"One other thing. How his Sgt Barnes?" T'Challa said.
"He's doing fine. He's in Russia for a mission. Even though he's been checking on my sister every once in awhile. Which I hate." Sam said.
T'Challa saw Shuri walking out due to a argument with Ramonda.
"Oh and I never got a chance to say thank you for the new suit." Sam said.
"You're welcome. But don't thank me. Shuri design it. Hang in there, Wilson. Everything will be fine for you." T'Challa said as he patted his shoulder and walk after his sister.
"Tell your little sis thank you. The girl got skills." Sam said.
"Shuri. Shuri. Whats troubling you sister?" T'Challa said.
"Its mother. She thinks I'm not ready to take on a mission. I'm not a child." Shuri said.
"Shuri, you need to show her that your ready." T'Challa said.
"How? If she won't give me a chance?" Shuri said.
"She just afraid to lose us again. But, Shuri if you want to be ready for these mission. You have to be careful and be responsible about it. The man behind you almost shot you and you wasn't aware of that." T'Challa said.
"I know. I promise I'll be aware of my surroundings. Maybe I can show her I'm ready and then you can take me on another mission." Shuri said.
"We'll see." T'Challa smiled and hug as the two of them went back for the feast.
