Chapter 16 Back From The Dead

It has been a week and a half and it's time for the Tree Of Life to take their stand as one and take back what's there's, a mission to finally defeat the Force Of Fire and he's allies, this was the opportunity to avenge the ones who died fighting to remain safe and keep the circle of life in balance, Rani has eyes and a mind set to only avenge her cousin Surak who died undercover uncovering Yassian's plan, he was undetected and gathered as much information he could about Yassain and his sinister plan to take over the Tree Of Life and destroy Africa and renewed it but wasn't careful enough. Surak has made a close friend there, Kimala a nurse who was now stressed with Yassain yelling at her twenty four seven she wanted to leave but was afraid that Yassain might kill her like he did to Sukarno, dumped a hundred kilometers away from their base, beaten to death and thrown down a steep hill that was covered in thick bushes, trees and sharp rocks, left to die in the freezing temperatures.
A terrible death to those all around the land, to the Tree Of Life and heavens above. But little did anyone know that Surak was still alive? Safe and sound in a small village seven hundred kilometers away from the Tree Of Life. As soon as Surak was beaten and left for dead a young lioness named Fianna, a pretty strong and independent lion who was fifteen, she was hunting by herself when she found the assumed dead animal unconscious and barely alive she took her back to her village, a small peaceful village. Fianna was dumped by her pride when she was little not wanted and was now living by herself, she had no known family, living in a small cave facing north. She lived alone and needed someone to take care of her, being only a teenager she kept herself busy and entertained. When she stumbled across Surak she didn't know what to do about him, all she did was take him back to her village where she can try and get help for him, the village care taker named Timar took care of the injured and helpless animal. She is smart and a wise baboon who did everything in her power to heal Surak, she didn't know who this lion was but knew he needed to be saved, a lion who had a place in the Circle Of Life. It has been a month and Surak has just gotten out of his coma, Fianna was social awkward when he woke up, hadn't seen another lion in over fourteen years Surak tried being friends with her, they grew to know each other well so far but since Surak's memory has been acting up from the coma he had know idea about his past neither did Fianna or Timar. Surak was told about the incident and tried getting his memory back but to Surak he was just a lion who got hurt and is now living a perfect life with a lioness named Fianna, having a new family Fianna was happy to have an older lion to take care of her, although she says that she doesn't need any care Timar said she needed someone to be with her, someone to guide her on the right path. Surak was briefed about her past and was feeling bad for her. Surak took the ownership of Fianna, hoping his memory would come back he can live with her as a father or care taker, adopting her and letting her be apart of Surak's family that's if he has one, each day Timar has been helping Surak recover, exercises both mentally and physical, by now they knew about the war that broke out everywhere and they were afraid if they were going to be attacked but they haven't gone near that village at all, not yet anyways. Surak was been getting some of his memory back, he remembers getting attacked by Yassain but still cries over how and why he was nearly killed, did he have a family? Night after night Surak cried himself to sleep wondering about his past, Fianna has seen this a few tines and feeling bad tried her very best to comfort him, in a way they were both lost and looking for answers.

The sun rose high above the country as war still broke out, villages getting raided and pulled apart, animals dying and needing of troops and resources were sent all over the North and South African borders, the PPO was scrambling to send troops to areas of high risk and hostile areas Yassain has proved he can kill anyone and everyone, so daring not to send anyone or troops into his army, fearing they might end up like Surak.

The news of Yassain invading the south pride brought back chunks of his memory back, he was sent in as a spy and was found out, nearly killed and here he was, Timar and Fianna had their hearts racing, hoping he isn't a bad spy but was relived when he said he was spying against him, he still couldn't make out who sent him and if he had family or not. That didn't matter to him now he was enjoying time with his tribe and of course Fianna, being nineteen years old compared to fifteen they looked like couples, Fianna was still too young to get married and plus they didn't know if Surak has a wife or partner, but if he does Surak mentioned she is more than welcome to he their child. More than happy Fianna's heart opened up as she got emotional, never having a family of her own she finally gets a taste of what being a daughter of two good lions feels like. The days came as
training as usually came, thirty minute of excises to see if his memory can come back, any little detail about his past can lead to bigger dreams, memories about his life that was left behind. Angry and sad Rani and Kion basically caused more harm then they intended to but it wasn't their fault, they didn't know that Surak was alive getting healed and getting stronger each day. About to invade the Force Of Fire to avenge Surak and all those who died in battle. Their journey starts by crossing many prides and small villages, one of those is the Vrede village, meaning peace. The five hundred troops is about to attack Yassain and his army to hopefully end this war. Surak was based in this village and his memory is about to become a reality.
