Chapter 21 Taking Of The Roar

"For years and years I wanted to expand my power, the right for a new life without anyone telling us what to do, as you know Scar had a fate, a plan to include everyone, including us the evil. But no, your father excluded them, us and left us in the dark, you made us who we are today, my plan is to continue his fate and improve the system, improve the bond between the good and evil",
" by killing millions of animals to get your way? You say you want to help, change and fix but here you are doing the opposite",
"What I've done needed to be done, the animals I kill is for the greater good", " innocent animals die because you want to not improve the system, you don't see it but your so called power is evil, your causing us to do what we do, to protect, respect and keep everyone safe from the evil ones like you",
" DARE CALL ME EVIL, I AM THE ONE WHO HELPS, I AM THE ONE WHO SEES THE MONSTROSITY IN THIS LAND, I SEE THE FUTURE, AND IT'S BRIGHT",
"You said your gonna kill me right? I didn't know your gonna kill me with your bullshit", " WELL, I WAS GONNA TAKE YOUR POWER, USE IT AGAINST THIS LAND AND  KILL EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU", Kion continued to talk to him, Vitani and Surak was standing around, half wondering why is he pissing him off more, but the more Kion talks the more time it gave to the rest to figure out a plan, stalling Yassain to escape or kill him, a lion ran up to Yassain and whispered in his ear, " we got a situation, the monkey escaped", Looking at the captured lions  Yassain told him to solve it, "now where were we", " we were at the part where we kill you", " if you think for a second that you can kill me then you have another thing coming", Yassain signaled for three mandrills who held some sort of poisonous stick, they took them by surprise and stuck the drug into them, looking around Kion began fading in and out, he knew he was poisoned but had no idea what was going on around him. Vitani and Surak fell to their stomachs as Kion looks at Yassain. The last thing he sees is the evil look on his face.

Waking up, Kion was 3 years younger, an age where his life turned upside down, he remembers the time where he was spoken to by Scar, the message of saying he'll turn evil and lead his army to victory, Kion didn't believe him and did everything he did to overcome it and defeat him, in this dream Kion wonders if he really is evil, again like when he was drugged months back, he remembers the advice given by Mufasa, "The roar will be there for you when you need it. And so will I. Until the Pride Lands end", Kion's muscles tensed, his anger rose as his body tried to fight against the drug, his eyes opened but he couldn't speak, he looked around and there lied next to him was Vitani, Surak was no where to be seen, no Yassain, two guards stood at the entrance of the dungeon, suddenly a headache came and Kion started to feel stabbing pains in his mind, he knew he needed to get out, he can't give Yassain the roar... Wait... He is the only one who can  give and take the roar, he has full power and control over the roar of the elders, thinking of a plan Kion tried getting up, he first moved his leg, moving to the left a little Kion was hurting himself fighting the drug, his other leg moved and he began feeling his body functioning, little by little Kion's body came back to life. He got up, stumbling like a drunk honey badger Kion tried to not spook anyone, he went over to Vitani who was sound asleep, he tried waking her up but she was still heavily drugged, she was a strong female and Kion knew she can handle herself when she wakes, for now Kion needed to know where is Yassain so he can end it all, he had a plan, he laid down on the ground and grunted, lying in the exact position he was found in Kion grunted to alert the guards, he quickly laid still and remained calm, the guards heard the noise and came in, examining the body the two idiots looked to see if he had wakened, Kion waited a few more moments, they needed to be on top of Kion for it to work. He breathed heavy and they moved in, it all happened to fast, before they knew it Kion tail whipped the first lion who crumbed and fell, using his front feet clawed him down, Kion leaped up and still holding on to his neck slammed him down onto the rocky floor, the other one realized what happens and attacked but Kion was ready for it and swung around and clawed his eye out, never properly killed someone before Kion felt a huge hole in his heart, looking around his heart was beating fast, his blood was pumping, he had to leave that behind and carry on, his mission was to end this war and that is what he sets out to do, leaving the room he wonders into an open land, it was evening and the sun was setting, no lion was in site and no sign of Makini or Surak, he wonders off to the other side of the land as he looks for Yassain, he has two plans in mind, trusting his instinct he doesn't worry about it and walk ahead.

"We need to do something, Rani walks side to side as she is frustrated, " we can't go in, they have many guarding the border", Fianna joined the pack as she has an idea. " what if we use the spears and take out as much of them as possible, then we can do our formation. Like planned, five teams all attack different points of the land", " it'll work but we need to attack as one, they know about us and it'll be a tough battle. Rani speaks out to the troops as they rush around like mad mans, the fire team gets ready for the all good, each team heads off, down the way towards the Tree Of Life and back down towards the Force Of Fire, another route.

Kion walks past a group of lions who were rushing towards the border, Kion wondered if they were about to be attacked, 'no time wondering, let's find out', Kion rushed to the top of the hill that over looked the land, looking down he sees Yassain with a whole lot of troops all liked up around the border, in the distance he sees Rani direction the Tree Of Life towards the Force Of Fire. Smiling to himself Kion has a big advantage, looking around he catches eyes of Yassain doubling back towards the dungeon he was in, Kion knew he was needed, ' If Yassain wants to roar of the elders? Then he can have it'.
