Chapter 24 The Roar Of The Elders

Standing in what seemed hell two leaders facing off, one wants the roar all to himself and use it to destroy the Tree Of Life and everyone so he can use it to help the animals that was betrayed, hurt and forgotten, his way of doing that is killing innocent bystanders, leaders and good leaders, his evil rose high and spread and now he can't control it just like how Kion couldn't control his power but here he is facing a great evil to protect the ones he loves and finally put an end to the war. " YOUR GOING TO GIVE ME THE ROAR AND IF YOU DON'T THEN I'LL KILL EVERYONE OF YOUR PRECIOUS FAMILY, FROM YOUR BELOVED QUEEN TO YOUR FATHER, MOTHER, SISTER AND EVERYONE YOU CARE ABOUT", the heat got to Kion, an anger rose, a feeling of loosing rose from Kion as he thinks about the things Yassain would do if he got to his family, he couldn't let that happen, " YOU DARE TOUCH OR GO NEAR MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS I'LL RIP YOU APART, PIECE BY PIECE", "strong words from a lion who once didn't know where he belonged in his life", " AT LEAST I HAVE A FAMILY, ALL YOU HAVE IS COLLATERAL, YOU USE YOUR LIONS AND YOU DON'T GIVE TO SHITS ABOUT THEM EITHER", Yassain was smirking all the time, the flames flickered at his face showing his true colours. "DO YOU KNOW WHY I DESTINED TO HAVE THE ROAR?", Kion didn't care about it and Yassain saw it, " well you don't care but I might as well tell you", " TELL ME IN HELL", Kion wanted to end it here and now and so he pounce, Yassain was caught of guard but only by a little, he got back up and swiped at Kion who fell, he got back up and fought, whilst they are cat fighting Rani, Kovu, Vitani, Kiara and the Pride Landers were attacking the Red Brigade, it was a tough battle but after hurting them for what seemed hours on end Vitani roared them away, the terrified lions blew away over the raven and into the fire below, burning it was a terrified sight to see, everyone saw the burning demons and half of them was terrified, but under direct orders they kept fighting. Yassain and Kion heard the second hand roar buy didn't care, they were to busy trying to rip each other apart, the one V one went on forever, both lions knew that one will give up but being older and stronger Yassain would have the upper hand. " YOU HAVE THE MENTAL STRENGTH BUT YOU'LL NEVER HAVE THE PHYSICALITY LIKE ME, I'M WAY STRONGER THAN YOU, YOU WILL GIVE UP SOON AND YOU WILL GIVE ME YOUR POWER", " NEVER", Kion turned and clawed his face but Yassain was ready for it, he stood on his two back paws and swiped at Kion's face, Kion fell and laid there, " KION", Simba saw the final battle and cried, running over everyone saw Kion on the ground and wasn't moving, Simba was now angry and ran over to Yassain, he tackled him and fought, the others joined and tried taking Yassain down but Yassian's army took in on the fight and took on those who got near him. Kion still was on the ground, he was breathing and alive but was sore, looking up he saw his father taking on his nemeses, " dad?", Simba was strong but no strong enough, Simba was thrown to the ground, Kion tried getting up but the force of the swipe gave Kion a head injury and it seems now he landed on a piece of a spear that had snapped and it penetrated Kion's fur and went deep into his abdomen, Kion's heart was pounding, he was stabbed and he was bleeding fast, " DAD" Kion saw his father got beaten, Yassain Swiped at Simba's face, cutting his cheek, Yassain took advantage and tackled him, clawing him each chance he got, Kion watched his father getting killed, Kion could of roared him out but that left a gap to potentially hurt the closest near him, Kion was angry and even if he tried calming himself his sorrow and anger would get the worst part of him, Vitani however mastered it and was able to roar enemies away without any danger plus Kion didn't have the strength to fight back, Yassain bit down on Simba's neck, hearing Simba roar in pain Kion got angry, Simba fell right in front of him, Kion was holding his father tight and looked up to see Yassain with blood all over his face, it wasn't a pleasant sight," SEE, EVIL ALWAYS WIN, NOW GIVE ME THE ROAR OR I'LL FINISH YOUR FATHER", "don't do it son, don't listen", Yassain clawed the side of Simba's face, more blood spilled out, ' LAST CHANCE", Yassain with one claw dragged it along the neck of Simba, threatening him", Rani and the others managed to get past and rushed over to their aid but Yassain also threatened them, fearing for everyone's deaths Kion told them to hold off, Yassain inched closer and closer and so Kion had no choice at all but to give up his power, " OKEY OKEY, DON'T KILL HIM, I'LL GIVE YOU THE ROAR OF THE ELDERS AS LONG AS YOU LET US GO", thinking about it Yassain agreed, in his mind he could just kill them later but in Kion's mind he thought differently, Kion needed all his strength to get up and so he stayed in the ground, Yassain walked over to Kion, " DON'T DO IT", yells from the Tree Of Life cried out but Kion didn't listen, " I HAVE TO", Kion placed his left paw on Yassian's shoulder and thought about what's his doing,
" if I do this, I'll loose my only power, but I need to do this", Kion purposely spoke out loud so Yassain can hear, A yellow glow came from Kion's paw, " YES, YES, GIVE ME THE POWER", Yassain was laughing his head off as Kion gave him the power, letting go the mark of the Guard appeared and disappeared on Vitani's, " YES, I NOW HAVE THE POWER TO DESTROY ALL", Kion collapsed, his energy was low and his body weakened, the blood kept coming out, the king of the Tree Of Life had just made history, giving the roar to an evil and died while doing so. Everyone attacked, Yassain defended himself, the troops were all dead, it was the Pride lands, Hyena Resistance, the Night Pride, Day Pride and only a few of Yassian's army. Fighting for the future, Kion watched and waited for the opportunity, Yassain used the roar to roar them away, " NOOOOOO", Kion was angry, Yassain turned and saw the helpless lion, " AH YOU SEE, EVIL WINS, I WIN, YOU ALONG WITH YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY FAILED, YOUR LANDS ARE MINE AND YOU ARE GOING TO DIE, THANK YOU FOR THE ROAR, I SHALL USE IT TO MY ADVENTURE ",  getting up Kion's body was covered in blood, he struggled but managed to get up, " that's what you think, you see evil never wins", Kion limping walked forward, "As king I have a sworn duty to protect these lands, everyone and everything, you are my enemy and like all enemies get exterminated. You may have the physical appearance but you'll never have the mental, you may of just killed my family, I'm deep down mad but outside I'm cool, I gave you a power, you need to know how to control it or you'll end up loosing it", Yassain roared, testing Kion's facts, the elders appeared and like a roaring thunder Yassain roared at Kion, Kion stood his ground and roared back, the roar collided and blew them apart, Yassain was angry and wanted Kion dead, his mind filled with many ideas and clouded his judgement, his eyes turned into a white glow and his body was glowing, Yassain was throwing strikes of lighting everywhere, Kion matched this but didn't miss, Yassain was thrown back, " WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME", the fear of Yassain caught Kion attention and calmly started that he should blame the elders, " you lost control like I did but the elders saw the evil you are and is trying to destroy you", " NO, NO", Yassain roared at Kion again but was ready, Kion still had the strength in him to whirl up a tornado, Kion flew high, from there he used lighting to strike Yassain. Yassain was mad and adrenaline took over, he tried aiming for the king but missed every time, Kion landed on the ground but on his stomach, he got back up and waited for Yassian's move, by now Kion was having fun with him, Yassain calling him names got up as well, " sorry? I can't hear you, your stupidness is too loud", It was time to end it all, Yassain took in a deep breath and roared, Kion took a deep breath and too roared, they clawed together, Yassain had bigger lungs and held it longer, Kion was loosing blood and began loosing air, the fire around him drained his oxygen, Kion felt dizzy and wanted to drop but he knew he had to carry on, to end it, Yassain roar wasn't controlled but it did the job. The Tree of Life and Pride Lands made it back just in time to see it all fade out, it was loud, the morning floated in and the fire died down,  it was clear, just two lions fighting it out. Yassain pushed Kion back, he was winning but Kion had training and just like that Kion fought back, he used his last breath of energy and roared back, Kion's mouth shot out lighting bolts and the sky went from black to a firework show, Kion's eyes glowed, it was blinding for everyone and to Yassain it was over, his eyes widened as he saw the light, the light was a lighting bolt, it directly hit Yassain in between his eyes. He was dead, defeated, peace was now restored and on the ground laid Yassain. Rani and Simba ran forward.

Kion wasn't breathing as the fight drained his energy, Rani began crying as everyone walked behind them," please, don't die, I can't loose another one", Nala and Simba watched their son fade out, The Lion Guard, Night Pride and Day Pride gathered and hugged it out. The sky turned a pale dark grey and it begun raining, Rani laid on Kion's back, tears rolled down her face and an anger rose,
"WHY?".
