Do you know what it feels like
To have your life decided on a single line?
Like how you try to keep it all inside-
Try to smile and say, "I'm fine."Do you know what it feels like
To be pushed around and mocked about
A flaw or two that you wished untrue
Yet they insist you'd be called outDo you know what it feels like
To be helpless and ill
Give me a noose, or bruise, a gash, or a lash
Or maybe a bottle of pillDo you know what it feels like
To be as suicidal as me
Trying to pull strings together
Praying they won't notice a thing
