"Main na Sacchi bohot excited hoon Naina se Milne ke liye. Bohot Yaad aayi uski" exclaimed sonakshi impatiently.
"Ms. Bose patience rakhiye and Kabhi Hume bhi Yaad Kar liya kijiye" exclaimed Dev bending towards her.
"So cheesy" exclaimed sonakshi pushing him away. Dev giggled while sonakshi hit him playfully.
"Waise ye Mr. Obhodro Itne flirty kabse ho Gaye? Mujhe toh pata hi Nahi Chala?"
"Acha. Toh koi baat nahi. Jald pata chal jaaega" said Dev winking at her.
"Hmm hmm Dekhte Hain"
"Wo Dekho! Sameer Aur Naina aa Gaye" exclaimed Dev. Sonakshi looked at the direction and hurried towards them.
"Nainaaaa" exclaimed sonakshi hugging her tightly.
"Kaisi ho tum?" asked Naina.
"Main theek hoon. Tujhe bohot zyada miss kiya. Tu kaisi hai ab? Dard theek Hua na? Ab toh koi problem Nahi hai na?"
"Shaant Behen shaant! Main bilkul theek hoon"
"Haan Dekho na Naina, khud kehti hai aise fast fast Nahi Bolna Chahiye, itna stress Nahi Lena Chahiye aur khudko dekhlo. Very bad Ms. Bose" taunted Dev while Naina and Sameer chuckled.
"Keep quiet Mr. Obhodro" said sonakshi in her usual mocking tone.
"So guys, kaise ho tum sab? Maine bhi bohot miss kiya tum logon ko Yaar" exclaimed Naina making a puppy face.
"Heh jhoot bol rahi Hai. Ghar par baithke aaram se thoos rahi thi khaana. Na koi tension na koi fikar. Aaram farma rahi thi madam" exclaimed Sameer teasing her recieving a death glare from her.
"Haan Haan. Ab usey Tumhare pyaar se fursat hi Kahan hogi Jo humari Yaad bhi Aaye" sighed sonakshi dramatically.
"Aur kya, ab Sameer toh Baar Baar kaam kaaj chhodke tumse Milne Chala jaata tha" added dev.
"Kya naatak mandli hai is hospital mein. Guys, ye doctor Ka job chhodke na theatres join karlo. Dikhte bhi Acche ho hi aur talent Nikal Kar bahar aaega" teased Naina while everyone ended up laughing together.

"Who's the doctor here? Come here or we'll shoot you all" screamed a man loaded with some well known big guns. A men on stretcher who seems to be old and guide of the huge troop of the same dressed men that arrived from behind. Everyone started running. Emergency alarm was triggered but the security was already captivated by the men.
"Who's the doctor here? Come out or we'll shoot you all!" screamed the man again. He looked at the four, who stood rooted to their place in fear. Dev and Sameer pushed sonakshi and Naina behind them respectively, protecting them.
"Hey don't move!" exclaimed the man pointing gun towards them while Naina and sonakshi screamed all together in fear. Naina clutched sameer's hand tightly or as tight as possible. Sameer looked at her from the corner of his eyes.
"Hey you all! One of you treat our sir. He has been injured with bullets. If you'll not treat him then I'll get all the bullets down in your body. Her grip on his hand tightened almost digging her nails in his skin.
"You! Treat him come on" exclaimed the man pulling Dev.
"Dev" screamed Sonakshi pulling him back but the man pushed her back and pointed gun on her.
"Wait! He's not a surgeon! He's a physiotherapist. I'm a surgeon. Leave him" exclaimed Sameer. Her breathe hitched at his statement. The gunman pushed Dev back and pulled Sameer.
"Nahi ... Nnnahi Sameer. Sam... Sameer Nahi please. Sameer!!!!" screamed Naina at the top of her voice as her grip on him loosened and he moved away. Dev and sonakshi pulled her back, holding her tightly while she kept crying and calling him. The gunman dragged him keeping the gun just at his head. Sameer looked at the patient's condition and then quickly headed for the OT.
Naina struggled to free herself to go behind him but the gunmen surrounded them and stopped them from moving any step.
"Please please don't harm him please" pleaded Naina crying.
"Stay quiet. If he'll not treat our sir, then he'll die too" warned the man. Naina felt numb at the moment. Her body shuddered at the thought of losing him.
The whole hospital staff and the patients were kept hostages by the whole gunmen.
"At least, let us stay out of the OT as I'm also a surgeon. I can too handle the situation." explained sonakshi so that Naina could be at some relief if they all will be near him.
"Ok. Only you come. You both stay here only" guided the man. Naina looked hopefully.
"Let us also accompany." defended Dev.
"Is there a party going on that you'll accompany? Stay silent or I'll shoot you"
"No no please. You take her only." exclaimed Naina pushing Dev back. The gunman took sonakshi while dev and Naina supported each other.
"Yye sab kya ho Raha Hai Dev??" asked Naina looking around. The whole of the hospital was surrounded by the gunmen. Everyone was stuffed in some of the wards. Some ran away. They could hear the siren of the police cars outside which had sealed the hospital.
"T1 police have surrounded all around." informed one of the man to the gunman who was with them.
"Inform them, if they'll not leave TS2 then we'll kill everyone here." instructed the man. The other man quickly informed the forces outside.
"T1 they're not ready to listen and ready to attack us if we'll not surrender." informed the man. Quickly grabbing Naina and Dev, he dragged them out, keeping the gun on their head and hitting them harshly. The forces and the media coverage spotted them.
"Don't dare to make us surrender or else we'll kill them and everyone inside" screamed the gunman hitting Naina and Dev.
"Ok ok. Please don't harm them. We won't do anything. What do you want?"
"We want the one back whom you've captured and the treatment of our sir is going inside. If anything happens to him then we'll kill the doctors. Till then you bring our man back and free him." warned the gunman taking them back inside.

"Arey kya dinbhar news dekhta rehta hai. Kabhi kaam bhi Kar liya Kar" taunted Preeti hitting Shubham's head playfully.
"Ek sansanati khabar saamne aayi hai. Mumbai ke jaane maane bade hospital Sanjeevani Hospital par terrorists ki ek gang Ka attack" The words of the reporter boomed in her ears and she just snatched the phone from his hand.
"Nnnaina" screamed Preeti listening the news and seeing Naina and Dev held by the gunman and being harmed harshly by him. Her hands shivered and no words escaped her mouth.
"Preeti Tu theek toh hai. Le paani pi" exclaimed Sejal passing the glass to her.
"Mmmeri ... Naina Naina" panicked Preeti while everyone tried to console her.
"Mmujhe please mujhe please Wahan jaana hai please please" cried Preeti.
"Nahi Preeti. Nahi jaa sakte kyuki saare raaste Wahan ke band ho Gaye Hain. Please sambhalo Apne aap ko" consoled Shubham.
"Ppandit" thought Preeti and quickly grabbed her phone calling him.
"Hi Jaan. Kaisi ho? Aaj aa gayi meri Yaad?" exclaimed pandit dramatically. Sobs escaped her mouth worrying pandit.
"Preeti? Tu ro rahi hai? Preeti Kuch hua hai kya? Please bol na kya Hua?" asked pandit worriedly.
"Pandit wwwo..wo Sanjeevani Hospital par ter.. terrorist attack Hua hai. Nnaina Sameer ddono wahin fase Hain" exclaimed Preeti between her sobs. Pandit stumbled at his place listening the news.
"Ppreeti Tu please Rona band Kar. Ssab theek hoga I'm sure police unhe bacha legi. Tu please shaant reh aur ro mat. Main try karta hoon jald se jald Mumbai aane ka. Tab tak please apna dhyaan rakh Tu" assured pandit ending the call.
"Munna bhi nahi hai. Kya karoon? Kisse baat karoon?" thought Pandit.

Naina and Dev held each other tightly. Their injuries were paining but they were helpless in the situation. It had been 3-4 hours. No sign of Sameer and Sonakshi.

The gunman ordered one of his man to go and check inside the OT and took Naina and Dev too together so that in case if they try to escape, then they'll kill them.
Both of the them struggled to peep inside so that they can get one view of Sameer and Sonakshi.
"Ddev mujhe bohot darr lag Raha Hai. Wo dono theek honge na" exclaimed Naina tensely.
"Chinta mat karo. Wo theek honge. Complicated surgery hogi isliye time lag Raha hoga" assured Dev.
The bullet fire sound came from inside with the screams making Naina and Dev scream out of fear.
The door opened and Sameer and Sonakshi came out with the gunmen. As they left their way, Naina and dev's eyes laid on the figure lying down on the ground which made their eyes go wide open.
"Sis ... Sister Merlin!!!" yelped Naina loudly recieving a smack from the gunman. She whinned in pain while Dev checked on her and held her protectively. Sameer moved forward but sonakshi stopped him and assuring him through eyes that she'll be fine.
The gunman held her jaw tightly saying "Don't you dare to speak anything unless and until we ask. Stay quiet" warned the gunman pushing her back. Sameer's anger was raging but any of his step would harm anyone so he suppressed it anyhow.
