"Who's the guardian of the patient Mr.Leechaiyapornkul?"

My brother was cutted off when a doctor approach us and I assumed he came from the ICU...

"I-I'm his brother doctor.............how's my brother...?"

Ten's brother raised his hand though his anxiousness were so obvious and so was I...

"Perhaps are you already aware of his brain disease?"

The doctor ask and my heart suddenly starts to beat fast like I wouldn't like to hear what he will say next

"Y-Yes........w-what about it?"

Though Ten's brother is nervous, he still composed himself to ask the hard question...

"I'm sorry but it's gotten worst............he really needed to take the surgery or he won't last for 2-3 weeks............due to his newly head injury it affected his disease so much that lead him in coma and maybe it'll last after 2-3 days or worst 1 week if he's body is too weak"

It seems like the world just stop when I heard the doctor's statement. I didn't feel the beating of my heart nor any noise around me. I only knew that they called me when someone tap me on my shoulder and I heard noises again...

"Sung Ji-ah.............gwaenchana?"

"I-I'm fine b-brot---"

My legs suddenly got numb again that made me tumbled down at the floor. I can't even feel my hands and my eyes started to get heavy...

I saw my brother's worried face like he seems surprised of my sudden reaction. I felt my brother's arms that supported my numb body and Sang Chae's hands were also mine...

I couldn't clearly hear while they called my name. I saw Ten's brother walked near us along with the doctor. It seems like he's checking at my face and gently place his fore finger and middle finger on my wrist and seems like he's searching for my heartbeat that until now I can't even feel it...

My eyes were getting heavier and when I looked at my brother he seems like he almost wanted to cry while he carried me on his arms...

I reached his face slowly with my free hand and gently placed a smile on my face and I let darkness engulf me...

"Sung Ji.........."

"Sung Ji-ah........."

"Lee Sung Ji!"

I slowly closed my eyes when I heard someone called my name again. When I opened my eyes, sunlight struck on my eyes so I quickly closed it and slowly getting myself up...

When I adjusted my eyesight on my surroundings, I found out that I'm at the cherry blossom garden again and the cherry blossoms were blooming like the last time me and Ten have been here...

I got up and I stumbled for awhile but thankfully my feet balanced at the ground quickly so I didn't fall. I roamed my sight to find who's been calling my name earlier...

"Sung Ji-ah!"

I immediately looked at the person who called me when I recognize his voice. I saw Ten sitting at the same bench where we sat before and he's smiling at me. He tapped the empty side beside him like he mean that I should sit there...

I walked near him then sat beside him. When I looked at him again, he's still smiling at me then he suddenly placed his hand on my head...

"You're finally awake"

"U-Uhmm.............did I overslept?"

He shakes his head then his hand left on top of my head then he glance through the cherry blossom trees still smiling at it like how he smiled at me earlier...

"Soon these cherry blossoms will be weathered again when Fall is coming..."

I looked at it also then watch petals fall from above us. Yeah.............this sight will be gone again soon...

Ten suddenly looked at me so I also looked back at him. We just stared at each other for awhile when he suddenly picked up something on my head and then he gently placed it on his palm, it was a petal...

"Can you promise to grab the last cherry blossom petal for me before the Winter comes and before the trees will completely gone weathered?"

I don't know why but when after he said that, I felt scared of something that I couldn't predict why but I knew it would hurt. Ten still keeps on smiling but his eyes were telling me something that I don't want to accept soon...

I stared at the petal when suddenly it begins to fade and so as Ten. I was afraid and I want to scream but no words came out even my voice...

When I looked at Ten, he shed a tear and it's falling down on his cheek before he completely faded away in front of me...

I gasp after I woke up from my dream. The beads of cold sweat started to fall from my head...

I sat up from bed where I have just woken up and slowly figured out where the hell am I...

When I felt a sting on my wrist and when I looked at it, an anesthesia has attached on me...

"Sung Ji?"
