A week had already past its the 1st day of senior year. Skylar texted me that he'll come to pick me up. How the hell did he get my number?. As for Jareth he'll meet us there.

Many things have been going through my mind about the treaty. Our species has been in hiding for a thousand years. Why kill each other now?. Killing for power isn't justifiable. I see no point in this.

My thoughts shifted for today, I'm just going to think about going through this freakin' first day.

Our school has Human and Shifter students. The Shifters are mostly from our Clan and Boar Clan. As far as I know the other clans are located far away. I have little knowledge about them. Here in the town of Hill Valley we co-exist with humans and kept our abilities secret. Huge wild animal sightings are normal, mostly Wolves and Wild Boars.

The week passed by swiftly, no problems have occurred yet. Its better to expect for the worse than we unprepared for it.

I met Skylar outside. He's in his usual kinda loose sweater with jeans and converse sneakers. We just went straight to school where Jareth is waiting. They had been going along, still sometimes bickering but it's progress.

Jareth leaning on one of the columns at the entrance. Until he noticed us. He had this smirk on his face I bet it's for Skylar. New students don't get the best first days.

Jareth and his evil laugh. We stopped in front of his. Skylar raised his eyebrow like 'really?' not being surprised.

"Oh Goodluck on your 1st day dude" Jareth smacked Skylar's shoulder and continued snickering. I know first days in this God damn school is a nightmare. I couldn't help but laugh too.

"What's up with you?" Skylar asked in confusion why we acted this way. He looked at me then Jareth confused.

Ohh you wouldn't want to know buddy.

I feel bad for him. He doesn't know what's coming. I feel like he'll get extra treatment. Nope he'll definitely get extra treatment for sure.

Jareth finally stopped laughing and grabbed Skylar's shoulder pulling him closer and whispered "Goodluck with Brittney" then he smiled and patted him on the shoulder.

"So let's go in?" Jareth asked both of us. He's in a good mood.

We all walked through the door. Jareth and I in front and Skylar tailing behind us. Luckily, Skylar and I have the same classes. It was a coincidence because they put the students randomly.

I got a few glares from Boar Clan members, but that fine. I don't care.

My thoughts were interrupted by the intense gossiping. I rolled my eyes before looking ahead. I scoffed at Brittney's girl club, as expected. I can sense that they're eyeing the huge walking candy behind me.

We encountered Kadin with his band of pigs. His gaze turned me then he had a mischievous grin on his face. Our groups passed by each other. I just shrugged every glare I got from the others.

Finally arriving at Skylar's locker, he didn't know where it was so we had to take him there. Jareth left immediately he said he has something else to do. So that leaves me with Skylar. I watched him open the lock and then closed it without putting anything in it.
