edit: just fixing some mistakes (DAMN AUTOCORRECT)

author: to the one who requested this, i'm really sorry if this wasn't what you were expecting. for anyone not in the gryffindor house, you can be in, let's say, slytherin and eat at the gryffindor table for friends or vice versa. (bit of a rant —>) i don't really believe in the houses being divided. i mean there was harry and draco, but i'm pretty sure it was just them. i can totally imagine students in the opposing houses as friends looking at draco and harry like, "holy shit. they are so in love. the sexual tension's so thick, i could probably cut it with a knife."
also, please comment any errors. thanks! :)
I tidied my area and stood up from my seat. Marlene just entered the Great Hall to sit next to me.
"Y/n, lunch just started. Where are you going?" she asked.
I looked at her with a raised eyebrow.
"No, you just came, and your lunch just started. I would ask where you've been, but we both know you were held back to do extra work. Also, frankly, I don't care. I'm going to the library to study."
I was in a rather bad mood, but before I could apologise, my feet have taken me all the way to the library which was incredibly empty. Oh well. Better start working.
I looked around for Madam Pince, but I couldn't seem to find her. I looked at my signed note and stepped over the rope and into restricted area.
I pursed my lips with a hint of worry but just went on to look for some book on werewolves. I liked that I'd get extra credit, but I was far too lazy for anything to possibly be alive. (ergo my bad mood.)
I finally found the section of magical creatures, but I couldn't find the book I needed. There was only air where it should've been. I scoffed. Someone's a werewolf.
I was told the book wasn't being used. I sighed and decided I'd wait for the librarian. However, as I was about to get out, I bumped into something. I reached forward and felt an arm. An invisibility cloak? I tore off the cloth.
It was the notorious group of Marauders, and in the hands of their leader was the werewolf book. My eyes shot to their incredibly scarred member. Got you. I stuffed the cloak into a pocket and took Potter's blazer with both hands to slam him against one of the shelves.
"Ow! Someone likes me," he taunted with a smirk.
I rolled my eyes and snatched the book from him. The other members grew wide-eyed. They now know I know. Remus reaches over as if to calm me down, but I stepped back.
I glared at him and said in a threatening tone, "Sod off. I don't care what you are; much less who you are. I'm supposed to write a paper on that, but cross me again? I will blab."
I stormed out the restricted section with both the book and a new treasure to begin my work. Thankfully, I finished the paper by the end of lunch break and convinced Madam Pince she got the book for me. It was too bad I lost all hopes of a relationship with wolf boy, but I had good grades there with me. That's a lie. That only depended on how hard I worked.
[time skip to dinner - (sorry i'm lazy)]
I was walking to the Great Hall when I put my hands in my pocket. I stopped and bit the inside of my cheek. The invisibility cloak. I shook it off. I wasn't going to feel guilty about some jerks.
