I was writing lines in detention for the first time. I flipped the prefect off.

"Y/n, you're a prefect."

"Doesn't fucking matter Perce. No teacher or younger student is around. That was a dick move, y'know. You were the only one who saw as well."

"I dunno what you're doing sneaking off to Hogsmeade."

I rolled my eyes. I cast a charm to more or less copy-paste the line to reach a hundred.

"I will not sneak off."

I am totally sneaking off again in the future.

"What was that?"

I look up with question in my eyes.

"What do you mean?"

"You said something?"

I realised I had voiced out my thoughts. I cover for it though by walking over with my paper.

"I'm done dipshit."

I put the parchment down watch him examine it. He sighs knowing what I've done, and I'm not sure whether I'll be forced to do it again.

I feel his hand on mine. My cheeks heat up, but I maintain a nonchalant look raising my eyes to meet his.

"It really was a dick move. I'm sorry."

A smirk plays on my lips.

"Make it up to me. Anyways, why the detention? Ooh you wanna spend time with me?"

He nods.

"I like you actually."

"So you've actually got some Gryffindor courage. Kiss me then."

He did, and it was great.
