A/N: I'm not warning you. Nope.

THIRD POV

The party continued and the guests kept looking at Sam's group of friends. The princess has been introduced by then and was enjoying the company that the group was giving. The guests were either too shy or too intimidated because of how influential the group is in terms of money and power.

Music played on the background and Rin invited Sam to dance for a while. Sam smiled apologetically to her date, who didn't mind. Amanda excused herself to use the restroom.

The man with a pair of hazel eyes followed Amanda behind and waited outside of the restroom until she finished. He greeted some of the passersby with a nod as he leaned on the wall. When he saw Amanda got out from the restroom, he quickly greeted the lady.

"Ah, good evening, milady, " the man greeted her with a head bow. His thick Italian accent was showing. Amanda raised an eyebrow on the man in front of her. "My name is Angelo Perini," the Italian greeted with a handsome smile. "I have something that might interest you".

Aphrodite's POV

Ever since the school started Christmas break, I've been visiting the hospital and the orphanage nonstop. Right now, I'm at the room where most of the cancer patient kids were settled. My phone buzzed and decided to check what it was about.

"Hey, Des. Why don't you take a break? I know you've been visiting here nonstop and not that I mind alright? I want you to have fun with your friends. Your father has been quite worried that you don't go out as often as you did before. Get some fun while you can," I read with my eyes.

I excused myself and decided to take my mother's advice. She rarely does it but I know she means it. Then I called Hailey about her whereabouts. Luckily, she's home right now and immediately invited me to watch something on the television. When I confirmed to her that I was going and will be bringing chicken nuggets along the way, I heard her cheer happily. I shook my head at her childishness.

I quickly made my way towards the parking lot and grabbed the keys from my pocket so I could open my Audi A5. Then I made my way to get the nuggets I promised. I was picking up my order when I saw a text from Ally's number.

"I'm sorry."

I frowned at her text and shook my head before taking my order. The white snow has covered mostly some paths. My mind wandered at a memory back when I was a child.

I was building a snowman at a park when I felt someone is looking at me. It was Sammy, Aunt Anna's daughter. Her eyes glinted in delight when I was making a snowman.

"Do you want to help me out?" I asked.
She quickly nodded and started helping me.

We did two snowmen that were shorter than me. We stepped back a little to see our handy work. Sammy had a big smile on her face as she looked at me.

"Yey! We did it!" She said as she jumped up and down on her spot. I smiled at her bubbliness.

We did a lot of things after that like making some snow angels and play a snowball fight.

Now the memory still lingered in my mind as it recalled how innocent we were back in the days. Not caring a thing about the world. I don't know what happened to her in London but she really changed a lot that I didn't know anything about her. Like I'm facing another person even though her grey eyes were the same.

I parked my car beside Hailey's car and got outside, bringing the food with me. Before I could open the door, Hailey greeted me with a tight hug before taking the chicken nuggets in my hands. This girl really loves her chicken nuggets. I shook my head before heading inside.
