Natasha regained her senses early in the next morning. Abir had come to her after finishing his night shift. He insisted Nat's parents to go home for a couple of hours. So, basically he was alone to take care of Natasha.

Natasha was sleeping and Abir, being very tired also fell asleep sitting next to  her bed.

Yash went to the hospital and when he  reached there, he found Abir and Natasha like this. He had a strange feeling.

As soon as he opened the door, Abir got up in haste. Yash looked at Natasha first and then moved towards Abir.

"Who are you? Where are her parents?"

Abir moving his hands towards Yash said,
"Hi, I'm Abir. Dr. Abir Chatterjee. Natasha's colleague. I've sent Mr. and Mrs. Khanna home as they were very tired."

Yash frowned, thinking it was his responsibility.

Yash also shaking his hand said,
"Yash here. Natasha's.....  uh ... friend. How is she now?"

"Much better. She gained her senses when I came back this morning!      Now she is in sleep"

"Came back?" Yash looked surprised.

"Yeah, I had come last night but I had night shift that's why I had to go, otherwise I would have definitely stayed."

Yash felt more and more guilty hearing Abir. All those things that he should be doing, was doing this random guy!! Yash tried to make an effort,

"Anyway, you can go home, rest now as I'm here."

Abir smiled and patted Yash's shoulder,
"Thanks a lot buddy, but I've promised uncle and auntie that I won't leave her till they come."

Then Abir smilingly looked towards Natasha.

Yash moved away his gaze from Abir and grinded his teeth in rage.

Meanwhile, Nat's mom came there.
"Yash, when did you come?"

"Just now."

"Have you met Abir?"

"Yeah yeah, I have. Where is uncle?"
Yash tried to cut off the "Abir" talk.

"I told him to stay at home for sometime. He needs some rest. And thank you so much Abir, you are such a sweet guy. May God bless you."

Abir smiled,
"Please Mrs. Khanna, stop thanking me."

Just then Natasha woke up and everyone's focus shifted towards her. With her blurred vision, she first saw Abir, then her mother and finally Yash. As she tried to speaks something, she groaned out in pain. Yash's eyes got teary, seeing her in this pathetic condition .

Her mom and Abir went near her and tried to talk to her. Yash kept standing still at the other end of her bed.

Natasha called Yash by his name in a very weak lower tone,
"Hi Yash."

Yash came closer.
"Natasha!!"

Then Nat looked at Abir and said,
"Abir, can you do me a favour? "

Abir held her hand and Yash strictly noticed that,
"Tell me, Natasha!! "

"Can you please visit Yash's father, Mahesh uncle once or twice a week? He needs regular check up as its his recovery phase."

Yash stopped her,
"You don't need to think about that now. Your recovery is the most important thing right now."

Nat ignored Yash's saying and looked at Abir in a pleading gaze.

Abir smiled,
"Done, Dr. Khanna. I'll give your patient visit every week and won't give you any chance to complain."

"Thank you so much, Abir.", Natasha smiled.

Yash frowned at this. Abir went home after some time and promised to come back soon.

To their uttermost shock, Suhana arrived there. Yash was out of his mind seeing her there but couldn't react because of Mrs. Khanna.

Mrs. Khanna got a phone call and excused them.

Yash held Suhana's arm,"What the hell are you doing here? "

"Please Yash, I was really worried. I had no news of what happened to Natasha. That's why I came here."

"Listen, you need to go from here, right now."

Natasha spoke in a lower tone,
"Yash, stop. Tell me Suhana, what do you want to say?"

Suhana went near her,
"Natasha, I know that you are very angry at me but trust me, I had no such intention. I got so angry and lost my mind. It was just an accident."

Natasha smirked but didn't say anything.

"Please, Natasha, forgive me."

Before Natasha could answer, Sarah and Mrs. Khanna entered. As soon as Sarah's eyes fell on Suhana, she began to burn in anger. Sarah looked at Yash and walked to Nat directly.

"So, Nat, since everyone is here, tell me how did you fall?"

Yash's heart began to beat faster. Suhana looked at Natasha, being totally horrified.

Natasha looked towards Yash and took a deep breath.

"I went to talk to Yash for some reasons. We were talking in the balcony. The marble was very slippery and I lost my balance."

Suhana breathed in relief and wishing  Natasha good health, she left from there. Sarah suspected something fishy with Nat's answer, she didn't buy the story.

Yash looked at Natasha with his eyes full of questions. Why didn't Natasha tell everyone the truth?

But only did Natasha knew why. Her mother, being an expensive solicitor, would never leave Suhana so easily if she got to know the truth. Also, Natasha didn't want things to be more complex as they were already complex  enough. Yash would simply think it's her way of punishing Suhana as she was his girlfriend. But Natasha could never play such a dirty game.
