The bandage of Natasha's leg would be taken off within a week. But she was a bit worried because her parents' anniversary was just near in the corner. It was their 30th marriage anniversary so, Natasha always wanted to something special for them on that day.

She didn't think in her worst dreams that she would be in this condition. Her pluster would be taken off by then but she was not completely sure if she would be able to walk properly by then.

If her conditions were not better, her parents were definitely gonna refuse for the anniversary party. But Natasha wouldn't let that happen. Also, attending parents' anniversary party, sitting in a wheelchair or with crutch was not probably the best idea. Once Abir came, she needed to discuss it with him.

ABIR'S P.O.V.

I have known Natasha for four months.
I still remember the first day I saw her coming out of her cabin. Regardless of who I was, she gave me a gentle smile.
She had been working in that hospital long before me. But she immediately accepted me as her senior doctor. She has been always so humble and friendly.

That hit me hard. I checked her on social media. Found no flashy images like others. Found out that she is interested in music, another common factor between us. My respect grew for her day by day. When the respect turned into likeness, I don't know.

I love spending time with her. I go to her house shamelessly, sit beside her for hours. I know it looks bad but I don't have control over it.

I'm not sure, whether she feels the same for me yet or not. She had her post accidental traumas. I may be just a friend that helps her coming out of the situation. I don't know.

But what I know is, I will tell her one day and let her decide. I'm not afraid of the result. What I need, is a perfect time to do that. Maybe it will be the right time when she is fully recovered.

Abir went to Natasha's house in the evening.
"Hey there. Eating popcorn alone?"

Natasha shifted a bit,
"No, still some are left for you."

Abir sat down,
"Thank you. You know what, I met your uncle officially for the last session."

Natasha didn't understand,
"Meaning?"

"He is perfectly alright and can even walk without his elbow crutch."

Natasha got really delighted,
"Wow, that's absolutely great news. I can not thank you enough Abir for holding onto my responsibilities."

Abir tapped Natasha's shoulder,
"Anytime. So no need to go there anymore, as a doctor. But he invited me to play golf with him sometimes. "

Natasha smiled mischievously,
"Well, you should try that. I'm imagining, you'll hit the ball and the are never gonna find it🤣"

Abir grabbing some popcorns,
"Don't doubt my capabilities, mam "

Natasha looked worried again,
"Even uncle is alright now. When will I be alright?😔😔"

"What happened again? You've swimmingly completed almost 2.5 months. It is just a matter of 7 more days."

"I know. But even then, I won't be able to walk properly. "

"World is not ending. You have plenty of time to walk properly. "

"No, I don't. "

"Why? What's the urgency?"

"Its my parents' 30th anniversary. "

Abir looked little tensed,
"Oh.When is it?"

"After 19 days. What do you think, I'll be able to walk by then?"

Abir smiled briefly,
"Yes, you will. Happy now?"

" Yeah but.."

"Now what?"

"I wanted to do something special for them. I still don't know, what I'm gonna do."

"How about you, singing for them.We can arrange the instrument players in the background. What do you say?"

Natasha looked stressed,
"Are you mad? I'm not singing in front of hundred people. "

"If you don't try, how would you even know? And just think of it, how happy your parents will be!"

Natasha imagined the scenario,
"Okay, but I need you to sing with me.
And I want that to be a bengali song, that you always sing. It's beautiful."

Abir sighed,
"You aren't letting me go without making me say yes, are you?"

Natasha smilingly nodded her head in negative.

Abir smiled,
"Okay. So should we practice?"

Natasha's eyes glittered in joy,
"Sure 😊😊"
