Whenever Natasha thought all the bad things had happened, and nothing bad would happen from now on, just then she had to face a situation which she had never imagined. She wasn't prepared at all for what Yash's dad just told her.
It had been 6 days since Yash left for Milan. Natasha couldn't believe if it was true or a nightmare.

The older man looked disappointed. He was disappointed with his son and this time with Natasha too. He asked, "Should I tell him that you came looking for him?"
Natasha hid her tears with great difficulty and said, "No uncle, it won't be necessary. I better go."
She slowly came out of the house. Sitting quietly in the car, she wondered why this happened to her.
Natasha did not go home. She stopped the car in front of a park. Went inside the park and sat on a bench. She didn't want to cry anymore. But there was a strange wailing inside her heart.
Some jogging boys were giving her looks but she was in no state to deal with that. Sarah called her and she calmly took the call, "Yeah Sarah."
No sound came then Sarah asked again, "Nat, are you there?"
"Yes."
"Okay, listen. Jay was quite bothered and irritated since last few days. I tried to ask him several times but he didn't open up. Tonight, we went to dinner then finally he told me what was bothering him. You won't believe this Nat. Abir has been asking Jay about Rhea. Jay was very irritated and avoided Abir for many days but in the end, Jay gave him Rhea's number and address."
Natasha expressionlessly answered, "Oh."
Sarah was shocked at her reaction. "Oh? What oh? Don't you have anything else to say?"
Natasha remembered the sentence from Abir's letter, 'I need to fix something which is worth fixing.' now she understood what he meant by that.
Natasha sighed and told Sarah, "Sarah, I have to go home. I'll talk to you later."
"Wait, where are you now? Aren't you home? "
"No. I just came for a walk." Natasha replied in a lower tone.
"Nat? Are you okay? It's 11 in the night, you are out for a walk and you don't sound alright."
"I'm alright Sarah. I'll talk to you later."
Natasha's parents told Sarah that Natasha happily went out the last night but when she came home, she was in terrible state. They tried asking her but she didn't tell them anything.
5 days passed and Natasha was constantly thinking, was it really over? Should she give up on everything and try to forget all that happened? Should she forget her almost 18 year's of love or should she try one last time?
On her way to home from hospital, Natasha took a turn and went to Sarah's house. Sarah had a little fever. As she heard the knock on the door, she slowly got up and came to open the door. She opened the door and saw Natasha's determined face,

"I'm going to Italy. ", Natasha said.
Sarah didn't understand anything. "What? But why?"
Natasha stepped inside the house and Sarah closing the door, turned to Natasha. Natasha sat on the coutch and said, "I'm going to Milan, to Yash. That's my final decision."
"Wait, wait, everything seems to be going awry. You'll go to Milan, to Yash. What does that supposed to mean? And by the way, Yash is in Milan?"
Natasha looked at Sarah's face with a pain filled heart. "Yes, he is in Milan now. He went there 12 days ago. And I also know that I'm responsible for that. Now I will fix it."
"Natasha, you have already given 17 years of your life to Yash. Yash is directly or indirectly responsible for not working out your relationship with Abir. Now you want to go back to him?"
Natasha moved closer to Sarah, "Sarah, Yash hasn't loved me in the last 17 years. I really suffered a lot because of that but I can't blame him for that. And Abir couldn't forget his past and neither could I, and if we stayed together then it would've been unfair to each other. Also, Suhana's interference made things a lot lot worse."
"Nat, listen. You have gone through a massive emotional ride, don't make any decision in haste. Just take your time and think."
Natasha got up, "Exactly this is the thing I don't want to do Sarah, I don't want to think anymore. I can't sleep at night I keep on thinking and thinking, where did I make mistake? how did my life end up like this? Sometimes I feel, my head will explode. Do you know, I have even thought of killing myself? I don't want to go in that phase again Sarah. I know Yash loves me and I love him too. You can call me insane but it is true that I love him with every bit of my heart. I need to go and tell him how I feel. Are you with me Sarah? I can't do this without the support of my bestfriend."
"I'm always with you, whatever decision you make." Sarah hugged Natasha.
