The next day, after school had ended, Lelouch asked me if I could stay at his place. Reluctantly, I agreed, making sure to grab a change of clothes, before heading over. I wore a pair of blue jeans, my sneakers, and a dark blue, long sleeve shirt that exposed my left shoulder. As I walked to Lelouch's manor, I thought about all that's happened ever since I was almost raped. I gripped the strap of my bag tightly as I bit the bottom of my lip. Suddenly, I stopped at seeing feet in front of me. Slowly, I looked up to see C.C. in front of me.

"Is something troubling you?" She asked.

I shook my head, looking down. "Kari, I know something is bothering you..."

I just shook my head again.

C.C. sighed. "Is it because of a few nights ago, when you were almost raped?"

Turning my head, I used my other hand to grip my bag strap as well, digging my nails into the palms of my hands. She came closer to me. "You have to let it go, Kari... I know it's hard, but it's going to destroy you if don't."

"I know..." I whispered softly.

"Are you on your way to see Lelouch?"

I nodded. "He asked my to stay the night..."

"All right. I'll see you soon, Kari. Take care." She said before walking off.

I stood the for a few moments, just waiting. When I was sure she was gone, I started walking again. Once I had arrived, I knocked on the door. Lelouch answered it and allowed me inside. I greeted Nunnally and, after Lelouch fed me dinner, he went and put Nunnally to bed while I waited in his room. As I sat on the bed, I gripped the sheets, remembering everything as I felt like crying, the tears welling up in my eyes. But suddenly, the door slid open as I released the sheets, standing up.

"Didn't think you'd be in here." He said with a small smile.

"I'm gonna go shower." I walked past him, but suddenly, my wrist was grabbed as I was pinned to the wall.

Lelouch pressed a button as the door locked so no one would come in or the door would open as our gaze met. Before I could even get a word in, Lelouch crashed his lips onto mine. When he broke away from me, I was panting as he lifted my chin, our gaze meeting once again. "You're not telling me something." He said.

"Lelouch, let me go." I started to struggle, but he gripped my wrists tighter.

"You're not letting it go. You're thinking about a few nights ago, aren't you?"

How does he do that? My tears finally slipped out of my eyes as I felt like breaking down right then and there, but I kept it together. "I... I don't..." I didn't know what to say.

"You need to let it go, Kari."

"I can't!" I shouted, slamming my eyes shut. "I don't know how! I can't do it! It's haunting me!"

"I'm going to help you." He said.

I opened my eyes, tears streaming from them as my right eye lit up with my Geass. "Stop trying to help me!"

Suddenly, Lelouch grabbed a mirror and held it in front of my face. Just like before, my geass bounced off and went right back to me as I now had red rimmed eyes. "I'm going to help you let go, Kari."

I titled my head a bit as I wasn't in control anymore, Lelouch was. "Forget everything. Forget all the pain you feel. The only pain you will worry about is of bringing down Britannian because of your mother, that is all. You won't be a Black Knight anymore, just Spectra. I will tell everyone you are no longer a Black Knight."
