"Kari, pack your things, we're going camping." Lelouch said.
"Camping?" I asked.
"For our next mission. We're going to try and drive Cornelia out."
I nodded. "Lelouch, if it's all right with you, I'll sit this one out and be a Black Knight this time. I will only be Spectra if I absolutely have to."
Lelouch nodded. "Excellent. The new Knightmare frames arrived today as well."
"Lelouch, um... Do you remember that Knightmare, similar to the black one from before I killed Minako?"
"Yes, why?"
"Well...that was one of the brand new models, and is almost equally matched to the white one, the Lancelot. The other one is called the Doomsday, and I have it."
"What, where?"
"It's hidden. I only have if to use in emergencies."
"Bring it."
"What?"
"Bring it." He repeated. "I might need you in case the Guren Mark II fails."
I nodded. "Understood. I will just be a Black Knight for this mission."
"Yes, and Kallen already knows of your identity in the Black Knights. She is completely fine with it and knows you despise Britannia as much as myself."
"Mm... I just hope she doesn't grow suspicious of Spectra when she doesn't show..."
"She will, but only for a short time."
"All right... I'll see you tonight."

Once arrived at the mountain, where Cornelia and Euphemia were supposed to be stationed, Zero made sure the guys on watch would ignore the activity while on watch with his Geass before we put the plan into motion. I was in the Doomsday while Kallen was in the Guren Mark 2. She fought off Orange Boy and his lackeys before we moved along. She then used her new perk to cause an eruption, making a landslide to take out Dalton's first squadron. I sighed at the damage we had done.
"Well, looks like we've succeeded in isolating Cornelia's Knightmare, but I guess we could've been a little more precise."
"Maybe you should've consulted a physics teacher, or asked Nina to tutor you in probability..." I commented.
Zero chuckled. "Yes, well, not much we can do about it now..."
"Even so, you could've planned this out before..." I said.
He chuckled again as I rolled my eyes; still as immature as ever... Even from the show he hasn't changed... Suddenly, we got a call in from the Japanese Liberation Front signaling their arrival. Excellent, they'll be able to hold off the Royal Guard, even for a few minutes to distract them from us. Cornelia was in sight as both the Guren and I were in place, ready to take her down. Kallen made the first move as I stood back and watched.
"Ugh! It's fast!" Cornelia exclaimed.
"Your damn right it is!" Kallen shouted before attacking.
Suddenly, there was a large explosion; the Lancelot. I growled in frustration as Kallen tried her best to fight him off. She fought hard, but in the end, wrecked the right arm, our ace... I hung back in hiding as I heard Cornelia order Suzaku to go after Zero and I. I just hid, waiting for the right moment as I remembered the death of Shirley's father in the landslide. She would end up kissing Lelouch and he would go through a depressed slum, but only for a short time. I gripped the handles of the Knightmare tightly at the remembrance of both Shirley and Valletta discovering Zero's identity. I would have to somehow prevent that, but only in due time will I worry of that... For now, I must focus on the task at hand.
