{Grillby X Somewhat drunk Human! Reader}

 Everyday for the past year I have been going to Grillby's, just because Grillby was the only one who listened to what I had to say. Sometimes Grillby would say something, but that wasn't often. Grillby's hum brought me back to reality and I looked around the dimly lit bar. Apparently, it was almost an exact replica of the one in the Underground. Grillby was serving another customer, to my left. I remembered why I was here in the first place: To drown myself in alcohol. I called Grillby over with the wave of my hand, and he walked over.

 "Hey, Grillbs, do you mind getting me a glass of whiskey, please?" I asked, with the only smile I could manage.

 Grillby nodded, turning around, grabbing a bottle of whiskey and a glass. He faced me again, pouring the liquid into the glass, and handing it to me.

 I let out a small "Thank you.", and took a sip of the whiskey.

 Soon enough, after more drinks, I was pretty out of it and ranting about my job to Grillby.

 "God. I love my job, but if they don't listen to me they won't ever find those kids!" I cried out. "I want to find those kids so badly. They've been missing for months, and I have found so many leads, but they just won't listen!" at this point I was yelling. "If we don't find them soon, i'm so afraid we won't ever find them. They're only 6 years old..." I sobbed.

 I could barely see through my tears, as Grillby walked around the counter, and grabbed my shoulders.

 "Come on, let's take you to the back." Grillby spoke softly, so only I could hear.

 I nodded, getting up from the stool. Grillby leading me from behind, never taking his hands from my shoulders. As the door closed behind us, Grillby sat me on a couch. Grillby placed his right hand on my cheek, evaporating the tears that were still falling from my eyes.

 "Is that all that's wrong?" Grillby asked softly, his deep voice being somewhat soothing.

 "They found one of the kids dead today." I felt more tears fall as Grillby used his thumbs to wipe them away.

 "It'll be alright, you'll find them. I know you will." Grillby spoke, a slight blue tint on his face.

 I buried my face in Grillby's chest, and mumbled a "Thank you.", and let out a small yawn.

 "You're very welcome, (Y/N), I'll talk to you in the morning." Grillby ran his fingers through my hair, as I fell asleep.

I LOVED writing this. It was a lot of fun, and i'm glad I waited to finish writing this. Anyway, thanks for reading! Derpy out.

P.S The missing kids aren't a FNAF reference. (At least it's not planned to be)
