Chapter 10

Hana got even more annoying. Kaori and yukie hated her guts and always kicked her out when she got near the gym. She always followed Bokuto. Everywhere. She actually almost found their house but Akaashi split the other way and so did Bokuto once they saw her.

"Okassaaa, she won't leave me alone!" Bokuto whined into the phone to his mum who was on the other side. His parents agreed to keep it quiet because Hana is quite a handful.
"We understand Kou, just be nice okay.. why not tell her you're dating Keiji?"
"She's Keiji classmate and they sit next to eachother! I want to see Akaashi with out scratches when he comes home!" He pouted causing Akaashi to giggle. He was making dinner, which was meat curry. Koutaro and his mum said their goodbye's and goodnight and his mother ending with 'wear protection' as if they were ever going to go further than hugging and holding hands, Bokuto thought not of rushing things. But he was needy.
Akaashi turned off the stove and poured the curry over the rice of the two plates; one for him and one for his husband- I mean boyfriend.

They sat down to eat, Bokuto immediately dipped into his food.
"Koutaro.. I really did mean to beat Hana up" Akaashi spoke, managing to make Bokuto choke on his rice.
"W-what?" He coughed out, he didn't know if he heard right, did his calm and collected boyfriend just say he was going to beat someone up because that person was being a bitch? Yes, he did.
"I'm not beating her up, I'm not beating up a girl but... Yuukie..."
Bokuto was stunned, then it hit him, Akaashi was secretly a sucker for pain. He realised this of the cause of actions, whenever a violent scene came up Akaashi didn't even flinch. Not the refer to real life but this raven haired, calm and pretty boy might just be able to fight; physically.

"Ah, Bokuto-san there's rice on your face..." the boy said reaching over the table to the dyed haired boy. He came face to face with lagoon green cold eyes. Akaashi's eyes always resembled a storm. A calm storm before it hit its plummet.

It wasn't that Bokuto was scared of Akaashi, of course not! He loves Akaashi a lot however Bokuto couldn't deny the fear he got whenever Akaashi went a little crazy. He was immune to pain but he was still flinching to any above head band movement. Bokuto picked it up and put the pieces together.
Akaashi has PTSD, he couldn't trust and couldn't handle any touch with hands, whenever he saw an object he would stare at it and he would go pale. It was his father that brought this upon him and Bokuto hated that. He hated it.

"Keiji" He said softly as Akaashi came up the spiral stairs for bed.
He flinched at the sternness in Bokuto's voice.

"y-yes Bokuto-san?"
Bokuto was sat with his feet behind his back, almost like he was about to pray—that he was. He bowed down and asked.
"Let me help you Keiji"

"Help with what? Cooking-"

"No damnit!! Have you not realised your mental attitude what the fuck happened to you Akaashi? You've changed and you're scaring me!!"

Akaashi was lost for words, no, he hadn't realised. In fact he was oblivious—he seemed to have gotten used to this and this habit hadn't changed. His normal fiddling with his fingered turned into picking at the skin to where there were scabs and even his arms weren't fully healed. Bokuto has dreaded this even though he knew getting together with Akaashi wouldn't fix him, he also knew he was half the problem to cause this. Normally he would curse out on why he hadn't payed attention to Akaashi months ago and why he didn't realise that Akaashi needed help. He looked up and pulled the boy into a hug, he didn't show his face nor did he look to see his partners.

"I..i love you Akaashi. I love you a lot so please talk to me." The owl looking boy was pleading at this point. He couldn't take it. But he couldn't leave him either, he and they have gone through so much and that fact that Akaashi suicidal issue hadn't gone away. He wished he noticed but even with his father away and no longer allowed to meet him it didn't help.

"I love you too Koutaro."
They boys merged their body heat together and both softly smiled. It was like the universe span round them and they were the stars (pff manga spoilers Akaashi is Bokuto's world and Bokuto is Akaashi's star hehe)
Soon after that they fell asleep.
