'' hey dad i'm home'' peter said as he walked into the lounge of the avengers tower with his headphones on blasting 21 pilots completely oblivious to all the avengers staring at him ''you won't believe what happened in school today, for starters flash wasn't in today so he didn't pick on me, then we had a pop quiz in science, which by the way i aced, and Ned got a new Lego set for his birthday and he invited me over tomorrow if that's ok with you' during all this peter had made himself a bowl of lucky charms. once peter turned around with his spoon halfway to his mouth he realised that everyone was staring at him 'um.. hi i'm peter and- oh' peter said stopping mid sentence once he realised he was stood in front of the ex-avengers. he immediately went over to stand next to tony, ''who are you son?'' cap asked clearly annoyed that peter was here ''this is peter'' tony said staring at cap ''he is also spider man''. that was all it took for all hell to break loose. 

''what you brought a kid to Germany!'' that was Sam

''he stopped my arm!'' Bucky obviously

''i dropped a plane on a kid!!'' that was from steve

at that last one everyone went quiet, ''you did what?!'' tony shouted at cap, he was now stood up, ''oh shut up tony it's not like you care you were probably drunk and still are, you are just using him because you are scared of us'' cap shouted back now standing up too. ''how dare you even think that'' tony said obviously hurt by Steve's outburst, ''you heard me you are just a no good drunk who relies on kids because he is to scared to face others like a man'' Steve shouted back now advancing towards tony and grabbing the front of his shirt and skimming his handover the ark reactor. tony visibly tensed when steve grabbed him and peter noticed the signs of a panic attack and shoved steve out of the way with his super strength sending him stumbling back into the wall. '' hey dad it's me peter, i'm here not con't worry. i'm going to put your hand on my chest and you have to try and mach my breathing ok'' peter knelt down next to tony and placed tony's hand on his chest and took big slow breaths in attempt to calm tony down. it took just under five minutes to calm tony down, once peter made sure that he was ok he helped him stand up '' why don't you go o the lab and i'll be down in a sec ok dad'' peter said quietly to tony giving him a hug. once peter made sure that tony was out of earshot turned to face steve '' what do you think you are doing, do you know how many nightmares tony has been having since you left him to die in Siberia'' this got a gasp from the rest of the ex-avengers ''oh i see you didn't tell them, well then it's time i tell the truth, your dear captain here lodged his shield into tony's ark reactor and left him for dead when he was just angry because he found out that mr.winter soldier here killed his parents, which by the way i don't blame you for and nether was tony because you were under the control of hydra, and cap had been keeping it a secret from him, so how dare you even come near him'' peter was shouting so loud now that nobody noticed the ding of the elevator when pepper and rhodey walked out and just stood and watched the scene unfold in front of them smirking slightly, ''listen son-'' cap started ''call me son one more time i dare you'' peter said his voice deadly calm, everyone but cap seamed to realise that cap was going to die. pepper and rhodey were now stood there with smirks on their faces. cap just smiled ''son'' he said getting up in peters face, not even a second later he was on the floor with a obviously broken nose and a black eye. everyone was shocked and peter just stood there smirking. peter looked up and scanned the rest of the avengers ''right why are you here'' he asked calming down a bit, ''fury decided that we need to stay here and try and get along'' Nat said walking towards peter, surprisingly peter snorted and gave Nat a hug ''yeah captain spangles over here did an amazing job at that. ok anyway Aunty Nat, mr.winter soldier and tiny guy stay here. Friday, show the rest to their rooms please'', ''ok itsy bitsy spider'', ''dammit i need to get tony to change my name'' peter said as the rest of the avengers left. the two males walked over to peter cautiously but peter just smiled ''right anyway nice to meet you, basically i know you two didn't want to hurt anyone and i just wanted to invite you to movie night and discuss maybe getting mr.winter soldier to make some pancakes because i heard that they were really good'' peter smiled.
