the whole team was sat around the tv watching a film. everyone other than peter was awake, the boy had a bad day and was pretty tired so he fell asleep on bucky's shoulder half way through watching cloudy with a chance of meatballs.

it was now 11:30 pm and everyone except peter was watching mean girls. it was quite a funny sight seeing earths mightiest heros complain and throw popcorn at the tv. Once everyone was quiet bucky noticed that peter was moving around a bit and after observing for a little bit he realised that peter was having a nightmare

"guys look at peter" he mumbled just loud enough for everyone to hear. At this point everyone was watching peter have a nightmare and it was obviously getting worse however when tony decided to go and try to wake him up peter shot up looking around frantically clearly not realising where he was and went into a panic attack, everyone held their breath having not seen this side of peter before, they only saw the happy bubbly side of him and this made them see him in a new way

however the level of concern went up when they realised that peter was mumbling to himself and calming down by himself. Everyone in the room and some type of ptsd and knew how hard it could be to calm down from a panic attack of that size by yourself. Once peter had calmed down he simply said "night" and went to bed leaving the heros to think about what just happened

"Guys i don't think that was the first  time that happened"
