Peter ready knows Tony before civil War so Tony just calls him and asks him to come to the tower

The last thing peter was expecting on a Wednesday day night was a phone call from tony stark saying that he was needed for something to do with the accords, of course he decided to go who wouldn't.

Peter was generally exited to be here which confused all of team iron, finally Rhodey spoke up "aren't you scared of the rouges" peter just ignored him and announced that they had landed. This confused the team even more.

~~ in the meeting room ~~

Peter walked in to the meeting room in his full spider suit and stood behind tony scanning everyone behind his mask not saying anything.

Once everyone apart from peter had signed the new and improved accords fury was in a better mood (if that is even possible lol). Everyone was talking among themselves when fury realised that peter had not signed,"spider you need to sigh them too" he said gaining everyone's attention, "nah i don't think I will" was peters response, everyone looked at him for a second before fury decided to talk again, "you do realise that we will take you away from your family if you don't right?" Fury thought he had won with that one. "Yep, im still not going to sign it, do what ever you want" again everyone was shocked but this time tony spoke up, "peter, what would your aunt say", peter sighed and took his mask off now that tony had said his name there was no point keeping it on. "I dont know tony what would she say" tony looked taken back at this, "pete she would kill you If you got taken away from her" peter scoffed to the surprise of everyone "really tony, i didn't know a dead person could do that" wveryone was deathly silent for a second before fury said "what about your parents we will take them away" he seemed to be looking for so.ething to use against peter but he just scoffed at that too "they have been dead since forever fam lol" fury looked at him with pity, "any other family" he was getting a bit sad at this point. "Nope im the last parker lol", fury got a little bit more sad at that, "a dog what about a dog" he said that almost hopefully as if he was wishing that peter was not completely alone. "Nope lol just me, i mean if you really want to take something off me I have two dollars I was going to use to buy a sandwich you can have that i guess". Everyone looked at peter as he stood there smiling in his spider suit holding his mask, completely alone in the world
