"I win!!" I yelled running into the house with my brother following "that's only because you tripped me cheater!" "You're just mad!" I said sticking my tongue out. "Ok ok that's enough, our neighbors that you met earlier invitees us to dinner tonight at 6 so start getting ready" my mom said. I went upstairs and put on a pair of jeans and a white shirt with my white vans, I put my hair down and did some light makeup. "Almost ready?" My mom asked "yup" "ok " It was finally 6:00 and we made our way across the street. My mom knocked on the door and we were greeted to Susan, her husband, and a kid that looked around 3 or 4. "Hey guys come on in, Greg, Rodrick come down they're here!!" Susan yelled soon 2 boys made their way downstairs the older boy hit the younger boys head "hey! Stop!" The younger boy yelled "hey! Stop!" The other mocked "boys nock it off, this is Greg and this is Rodrick" she said pointing to each of the boys. Rodrick is pretty cute even though from the looks of it he is the complete opposite of me. We all introduced ourselves and Susan led us to the dining room. I sat in between Liam and my mom and across from Rodrick, he and my brother seemed to be getting along pretty well seeing as they both loved rock music "well I have this band-" "it's barley even a band" his dad said cutting Rodrick off "I have a band" he said looking his dad in the eye "and I play the drums" he said talking to my brother "oh really that's so cool
I play the electric guitar and my sister likes to sing" Liam said my head immediately shot up and I kicked Liam under the table annoyed that he brought up my singing "oh really that's cool" Rodrick replied. I continue eating my food and I can feel someone staring at me I look to see who it was, it was Rodrick his head immediately turned the other way I just shrugged it off. After dinner we made our way home " well they were nice" my mom said walking into our living room "Liam you and Rodrick have a lot in common" my mom
Said If I'm being honest Rodrick was a complete asshole like wtf "yea he's a pretty cool dude he invited me to his band practice on Monday he wants me to play the back up guitar" Liam said I rolled my eye and went to my room and went to bed.
