"Hey what are you guys doing later like after this?" Rodrick asked us as we were walking around the mall. We all replied saying that they're not doing anything
"we should have a movie night. I have a great movie in mind" "and what movie would that be" I asked raising an eyebrow "The shining" he said with a smirk "oh hell yea" all the boys agreed
"you know I don't like scary movies" I said taking a sip of my slurpee "c'mon! It will be so fun!" "Yea you could always hold Rodrick's hand if you get scared" Ben said laughing. I glared at him "yea what he said" Rodrick said.
I felt my cheeks heat up. "you guys can I'll be in my room sleeping. I haven't got much sleep this past month." I said looking in front of me. It's true ever since my mom died that night replays in my head.
It's like this reoccurring nightmare that I can't escape. Liam says that I always end up screaming and that it's hard to wake me up. I rarely get any sleep. That's why the bags under my eyes are so dark.

We were all lounged out on the couch watching that 70's show when Chris spoke up "hey can i see the photo booth pictures?" Without thinking Rodrick answers "yea here" "wait-" I
Said
"woahh what's this?" Chris asked referring to the picture of us almost kissing. Rodrick and i looked at eachother with wide eyes and ran out of the living room.
He followed me to my room. "Are you dumb like actually dumb" I asked as soon as we entered my room "I forgot I'm sorry" "you know they will never let us forget this right?" "I know. But you know what's worse?" He asked me "what" I said with crossed arms
"the fact that we didn't even get to kiss." He walked closer to me. I looked away to hide my blush. "Oh no no no don't look away I already know you're blushing" "oh whatever" I said looking up. But as soon as I did that I felt his lips on mine. And it wasn't like the first kiss at the party. No this one actually had meaning to it.
So this chapter is just a filler bc I haven't really had much time and I've been going through a lot I'm my personal life but I will try to update more often sorry if I go a couple days within updating. 🤍
