"You wish to for us to redirect tour ships peacefully. Do you want us to just talk or signal your ships? What will you do in return?" Asked an elder mermaid of the Council.

"We are willing to stop hunting endangered species. Later on, if you would consider it, we can meet to discuss the signaling. For now our people will just have to communicate verbally until we work out the details. " Ceasar replied.

The Council of Elders talked quietly for a few moments. It was in the mermaid culture to work together in harmony with one another so everyone's needs are met; if they are responsible. The mermaids never argued with eachother; they only made improvements to their arguments. If unsatisfied, disorder could result.

The humans, the people of Faelicity, waited awkwardly on their side. Caesar Oric was the Emperor. They took orders from him. Caesar had advisors and they're helpful but optional to listen to. From afar they admired how well and peacefully the mer people worked together.

The meeting went on for hours. Debates and questioning to ensure boundaries and cooperation. It was also said that mabey special songs or tunes can be song to redirect ships without hypnotizing. Finally the two species came to an agreement.

"We belive it is responsible. And you will punish anyone who harms one of our maidens?"

"I will arrange it myself." Caesar replied.

"Very well. Shall we commence making it in writing?"

"We shall."

Both the mer people and humans began to write out their documents. A silence of tension relief filled the air, until one man stepped forward. This man was pale, blonde, and lanky. His eyes dark, strianed, and tired. He did not look well...
