No one ever thought Bryce would end up with a girl like her. Obviously damaged, innocent, unattached to social media, quiet, no drugs, no alcohol, no addictions, very sweet. She was raised as a black sheep in a large, rich family in a small town.

Olivia POV
I laugh, trying to get Nick to throw it back. "Okay, I know that wasn't it so I don't know what you're doing," I say, my stomach almost hurting from laughing so much.
"What do you want me to do?! Addison tried, Kellianne tried, Kouvr tried, it's not gonna work I hate to tell you Olivia, I might be a lost cause," he shrugs, laughing too. We both turn, hearing the door open. Thomas walks in first, Mia following directly behind him, Griffin and Dixie walking in glued together behind them, then Noah and Quinton last. They all look
"Hey, what's up? Weren't you guys going to the Sway-" I'm interrupted by Mia letting out a shaking breath, and Dixie clearly crying. Thomas wraps an arm around Mia, shaking his head.
"What the hell happened? Quinton? Griffin? Where are the boys?" Nick asks, looking between Griffin and Thomas, who both have an arm around their girlfriend.
"Something happened to Rory, and things were still pretty tense over there," Thomas says, staring hard into the wall behind me.
"What do you mean?" I ask, alarmed.

Rory POV
"Baby this is so dark..." Bryce runs in hand over one of my bruises.
"Bryce, I'll heal. It'll be okay." He sets his forehead against mine, kneeling on the floor in front of my sitting on the bed.
"I messed up, Rory, so bad. I let you go by yourself. I didn't recognize the name 'Hughes'. I didn't protect you. I'm supposed to protect you. Instead I left you to yourself in an environment that you don't know and-" I cut him off by leaning down and putting my lips to his. He mumbles something before his hand goes to my waist and squeezes, making me giggle into the kiss.
Bryce pulls away, smiling. We stay smiling into each others' eyes for a couple minutes before we hear a voice yell,
"Bryce, can you come down and film something with us?!" I think it was Tayler. Bryce groans, rolling his eyes.
"Why do they always have to do that? And why is a 15 second video more important to them than they think you are for me right now?" I giggle and kiss his cheek.
"You're fine Bryce, go ahead. I'll just be here. I feel better, it's easier to deal with not having to hide anything from you." I smile, feeling a happy tear slide down my cheek. He smiles slightly, reaching to my cheek to wipe away my tear before speaking,
"You have to be exhausted Sweets, lay down. I'll be up in a bit I promise." He kisses my forehead before standing up and walking out.
I lay back into the bed, staring up at the ceiling. When he was here I felt okay, I felt comforted. Now, I just feel cold and alone. I need a distraction.
