Pastel Pink

I wasn't just happy I was worrided, I mean I love Anna it's just I was getting use to it being me and Dad and Maria but now we have Anna. Man I really don't know Anna is a senior and I was whatever comes before a senior. This is kinda insane because I'm not sure how I'm going to adjust to this. I was in deep thought when my phone went off. I picked it up to see who texted me.

Quinn- You okay? Logan has been talking to you and you are just nodding. What did Anna say to you? You look like you have been thing about if for hours...

I wasn't sure what to do. I looked up at Quinn and she did like that side smile and raised and eye brow.

Me- I'm fine just thinking, she didn't say anything, really.I'll tell you if you really want to know, I'll tell you when everyone is out of this room.

I looked at Loagn and smiled and he rolled his eyes. I looked at Quinn and she was talking to Anna. Anna stood up, "I got to go. Well I'll come by tomorrow. Jack want to me to take you home?" Jack shrugged and stood up and walk out. I looked at Logan, "you should go home and eat and shower and do what you have to do, baby." I smiled, yeah I'm not really good at talking relationshipie. He looked at Quinn, "watch her please." Quinn rolled her eyes, "okay Prince Charming." Logan rolled his eye and walked out. "Yeah, I don't like him he, because he seems controlling. Yet for some the same reason I feel like he doesn't like me."

I was telling Quinn what happened when Anna made everyone leave when my phone decided to go off. "Hold on Quinn." I picked up my phone to see who wanted to text me.

Logan- Is she still there??

He was obviously talking about Quinn. "How long are you gunna stay Quinnie? Prine Charming is asking." She looked at me, "as long as you want me to Princess Addison." I laughed because I knew she was joking, "well Lady Quinn you may stay as long as you like."

Me- Yes Prince Charming, Lady Quinn of the bandom is here and she is going to be around for a while. You are welcome to make an appearance or stay in your room until I tell her to leave.

Logan- Well I don't know if you were trying to be rude but to me that came off as rude, Princess Addison.

Me- I am sorry if that upset you but she's my friend and she desverse to be here as much as you do Logan. Now if you will excuse me I must has a converstaion with Payton.

Just as I was finishing my lovely converstaion with the amazing Logan my good friend Payton walked in the room. "Hey Pay, how have you been?" She looked up from the boqute of flowers she had in her hands, "I'm fine Addie, how are you. You were all over the news and still are. I come by a bout 3 times a week. I always told Logan to tell you." She looked down and then at Quinn, " I've seen her she comes by almost everyday. Weren't you going out of town for break?" I looked at Payton like 'why are you here' not in a rude way but she usually always goes out with her family ever sinced we were in 1st grade. "Yeah, they are in Florida. I'm only here for the day then I head back tomorrow. I heard you woke up I had to come and see you. I picked up some flowers for you. I hope you like pink roses." I looked at Quinn and she walked out of the room.

"Payton you didn't have to come honey. You should have stayed there, with your family." She sighed, "no I needed to come and see you. You are the best person at school right now. You're coming back after break, right." She looked at me and was about to cry, "Payton, honey, sweetheart what's wrong?" Then she broke down into a million pieces, she was sitting next to me on the bed. "Addison, everyone hates me. I don't know why I get so much shit at school and my family is always screaming and and and..." Logan looked in the room, " oh great I have to deal with th-" I looked at Logan, "get the fuck out right now asshole go be with Quinn and when you calm your ass down then you can come in."

"Payton, you are perfect. If you don't want to go home I'm sure you can fit in this crappy little bed. As for what to tell your family you can tell them that with the snow you couldn't leave the city." She looked up and tried to catch her breath, "r-really?' I smelled cigarettes and I knew she has been smoking again. She was like 16 years old how the hell did she get cigarettes? Maybe she found someone to buy them for her. "Pay, how did you get the cigarettes?" She looked me in the eyes and her eyes began to water again, "I'm sorry, I know I shouldn't have gone back to doing that again but I n-need t-them and I asked t-this guy if he would and he went in and gave them to me." I just needed one of them but..." I looked at her about to cry, "it's okay Payton just please stop plrase."

It had been sometime since I got an actual good sleep. I fell asleep in Payton's arms and she hugged me and she was warm. Quinn fell asleep in the blue chair of death" as she called it. Logan fell asleep in the chair by my bed.

The nurse came in the next morning and told me it was Christmas Eve and I was finally able to leave. My dad came and picked me up. Payton went home with my family and Quinn followed my dad and so did Logan. I was sqished up against Payton because Anna was on my left and Payton was on my right. So I put my head on Payton's shoulder because it was already there. "Dad, Payton can stay in my room I don't want her to have to stay in a hotel or motel. I have a Queen sized bed I'll put pillows down the middle to sepreate it." My dad has been kinda scared since Anna came out of to him and Maria. He made eye contact with me in the mirror, "no need for pilliows. Payton can stay I just don't want any lesbian sex, well I shouldn't have to worry because you're with Loagn and you wouldn't cheat on him." While he was talking I looked at Anna and she was about to pee herslef from laughing. Payton stopped laughing, "well shit just got real." The rest of the car ride was quiet in fear of what my dad would say next.

When I got home I screamed, "thank the pastel pink sky I'm home." Logan laughed at me and so did Jack. The crappy sky hadn't been pastel pink or purple in weeks. I grabbed Paytons hand and took her to see my room. When I got to my room the little kittens were asleep in their little beds. My room was the same way it was when I left it. I looked at my walls I still need posters and comics and books. I had a book shelve but no books sad. "Payton feel free to put your clothes in my closet." She grabbed her suit case and moved it to the closet. On the way home we broke into Payton's house and took some of her clothes and brought here her. I'm just kidding she had as key and we just went by her house. She walked over to me and hugged me and I hugged her back. "Thank you for allowing me to stay and everything." I smiled at her and said, "no problem it's what friends do."

Maria called us down fron dinner and we ate whatever the fuck she had prepared. Logan stayed with us for dinner but left right after. I washed dishes and then went up to my room. Payton was in front of the bed watching tv, "I hope you don't mind I put on the tv." I smiled and shook my hear no. "Payton do you want tea? I have like over 100 different kind." She smiled, "yeah that would be nice." I told her to follow me and we went into the kitchen cabinet marked "Tea" I pulled out two of my favorite glasses (both from starbucks), "okay pick one anyone." I went to the stove and put a pot of water to boil. When I turned around Payton was reaching up and her sleeve fell and there were about 20 fresh cuts. I didn't want to be rude so the second I saw them I looked down at my shoes.

After about 5 minutes of looking through each box Payton haned me a tea, "this one please." I smiled, "this is my favorite can you get me one?" She handed me one and then gave me the cuos and I poured the water in then put the tea packets in them. I handed Payton her glass and I took the other one that had little waves on them. I had been wearing Payton's big sweater since I got home. Her sweater was red and it had white little reindeer and it was like knit I think I wasn't really sure. It was warm as fuck though. I finished my tea and washed my glass and of couse threw away my tea packet. Payton finished and I did the same with her's. She hugged and she's way taller than me so her head was on my head. She was my bestfriend, she was all I really had, but she was all I needed. We went to my room where I fell asleep the same way I did the night before wrapped up in her arms.
