Chapter 01

February 18, 2017; Security Intelligence Agency (SIA) headquarters; Conference Room

"We recently got a call from Korea," Head Security Agent Ronan started, phasing back and forth in front of a young lady who were comfortably seating at the chair, she had her fingers on her chin as she focuses on her superior in front.

Agent Silver is the youngest secret agent on the whole SIA, being practically raised and trained by Director of Security. At the age of seventeen, she became an official agent of SIA and been far the most youngest in the history. Agent Silver is one of the most competitive and one of the best agent in the agency, having a 95% success rate in her every mission.

The 5% was her last mission which she unfortunately failed and even put her life in danger. She was ambushed, the car she was riding fell down on a cliff. She woke up in the hospital after a half year of comma and the agency force her to rest so she could recover. After a month of not having a mission, Silver got bored so she took advantage of this rest to train and improve her skills that she lacks before so what happened to her wouldn't happen again next time. Now she's back at business, she's more cunning and fiercer.

Ronan clicked the black remote control and the picture on the screen changes. Seven boys smiling goofily at the camera was shown. Ronan turn to the young lady listening intently to him, "They are BTS or Bangtan Sonyeondan. A kpop idol group from South Korea,"

"We received a report that the idol group is receiving death threats since 2016. It started mild but as time passes by, it becomes severe.

It started as online threats until it became out of control. A month ago, the boys received a parcel from an unknown sender. The parcel contains a broken clock and a message written with red paint saying, your time is ticking, " The screen shows a collage. The first frame was the broken small clock spluttered with red paint, the second frame was a closeup picture of the message written in korean.

"And then just a week ago, someone threw a rock on their dorm's window with a letter attached to it," The slideshow changes changes again, another collage replaces the last one. The first frame shows the broken window, the second one shows a big rock on the floor with shards of glasses then the last one was the crumpled paper with a message that she can't understand.

"It says watch your back." the superior translated, seemingly reading her mind.

"The latest incident happened today. They received another threat in the form of cake. Today is one of the members' birthday named Hoseok or also knows as J-hope. The cake was mangled and there was another message written on the lid of what they suspected as real blood this time. It says, you shouldn't have been born,

They also found one of the members named Jimin unconscious on the entertainment's cr. They suspected that it was a work of an accomplice." Ronan turned to her, staring deeply onto Silver's eyes.

"Now onto your mission, you have to protect the boys at the same time find out who's behind all of this," A smirk found its way on Silver's lips. Mixture of excitement and anxiety courses through her veins at the mention of her mission. She couldn't mess this up.

"There's a folder in front of you which contains the profile of each member. The envelope next to that contains your passport, credit card and the latest invention of Science and Technology Department. It's an in-ear translator which can translate 6,500 languages in real time. You will be needing it especially that your mission is in the country with their own language but I highly suggest that you learn it. You are going today and a van is waiting for you outside to pick you up and drive you to the Airport. Show your ID at the security and they will escort you to the private plane. You can go after packing your clothes. You are dismissed." Ronan concluded, grabbing his phone on the table and walking out of the conference room, leaving Silver alone.
