Chapter 17

(So this is where every conversation, especially on Eun Byeol's part would be very confusing. It will change from italic to normal quite often because she's learning to speak korean but don't get confused. Italic still means it was stated/written in korean and normal still means it's in english)

March 08, 2017; BTS' Dorm

As day passes by, Eun Byeol and the boys got even more closer. She finds so many things that contradicts what was stated on their profile.

For example, Yoongi wasn't really that silent and cold like what most people would say. Yes, he do love sleeping ALOT but he's actually a quirky cinnamon roll. He do weird things almost everyday. He will suddenly jump in most random moment then started dancing, which I tell you wasn't even really dancing.

Then there's Namjoon who is actually an introvert and the most matured one of the group. He likes to just stay in a corner, listening to his members. Only talking when he has something to say. But he do break things ALOT.

Jin never got serious as he hates serious atmosphere. He would try everything, even cracking his "dad jokes" just to remove the serious atmosphere.

There's Hoseok who's very sentimental. He do smiles a lot like the sunshine he is but most of time, he would just sit there, having no emotion and looks like he's contemplating all of his life decision. He's the second most matured member after Namjoon.

Taehyung is in-between. He have a fair share of being a troublemaker and life of the party but he also have a fair share of being quiet and reserved. Honestly, his mood would go down from 100 to 0 real quick. He still hadn't stop calling Eun Byeol noona.

Jimin was one of the most sensitive and big baby Eun Byeol had ever known. He's super clingy and would always look to Eun Byeol for approval to every thing he does. Eun Byeol swears she looks and feels like she's raising Jimin as her child.

Then the last member would be Jungkook. If Jimin was clingy, Jungkook is in another level. The first time they met, Jungkook was very reserved and shy but after the incident a week ago, he became clingy, always seeking a chance to seat beside her. He would follow Eun Byeol around like a lost puppy and would always pull her aside for himself every chance he got. This sprout occasional bickering with Taehyung and Jimin since they took it to their job to annoy Eun Byeol, atleast that's what she thinks.

But every member has one thing in common, they all love each other despite of their numerous differences. Eun Byeol love the relationship of the boys to each other, like their brothers not band members.

Jungkook and Taehyung's recovery is going great. All of their wounds were nearly healed and their bruises faded into pale yellow.

Most of the time, Eun Byeol stays on BTS' dorm and them on her's. One of the reason was suggested by the hyung line themselves, they think that having Eun Byeol near them would assure the maknaes that there's nothing going to happen to them, that they are going to be safe. Especially to Taehyung who was suffering from a mild trauma from what happened for the past days to him. The boy is good at hiding his own emotion really well! He likes to portray that he doesn't care about the threat or how many times his life had been endangered but that truth is, he's having a hard time dealing with the stress and anxiety.

Taehyung experiences nightmares every night and he will always wake up at the middle of the night, sweating profusely and shaken then he can't fall asleep after. Being sleep deprived took a toll on his body, often lacking of energy and dozing off and his immune system dropped, making him vulnerable to simple fever and cold. That one night when Eun Byeol accidentally slept over on the couch on BTS' living room after cleaning and replacing the gauze on both Taehyung and Jungkook's wounds, Taehyung hadn't suffer from his nightmares. He slept well that night and wake up in good mood. Namjoon thinks it's because he felt safe whenever Eun Byeol was around.

The boys had made an arrangement. Since Jungkook have his own room, he volunteered to let Eun Byeol sleep on his room everytime she's staying for the night while he sleeps on Jin and Yoongi's room since they have the biggest bed.

Eun Byeol has one spare bedroom on her apartment so that's where all the boys sleeps whenever they crash on her apartment.

Today is one of those days where she spends her day on Bangtan's dorm. She's currently helping Jin and Yoongi in preparing the dinner. Namjoon presented earlier to cut the ingredients but Eun Byeol regretted that she even allow him to enter the kitchen despite of Yoongi and Jin's warning. She should've just listen to the eldest.

"I ask you to cut the onion but you chopped the chopping board in half instead. How did you even manage to cut the chopping board?!" Eun Byeol exasperated. She had been learning korean for the past week and Namjoon's a great teacher so she's learning really fast. She's so eager to learn the language and she's a great student so she could speak a couple more korean than basic but she still speaks English from time to time.

"I don't know! I follow all of your instructions but the chopping board suddenly broke into half!" Namjoon answered while Yoongi and Jin were dying of laughter.

Eun Byeol walk to grab the chopping board--now divided into two parts and check it.

"This is like 2 inches of thick MAPLE wood and you still manage to broke it in half?! How?!" If anything that stresses the members, it's her constant switches of english and korean. If they can't understand her clearly before, it became even more confusing now.

"I don't know!" Eun Byeol cannot help but to massage her temple.

"Just go and help the others in cleaning the room." she stated in low voice to which Namjoon nodded.

Before Namjoon could disappear, Eun Byeol quickly added, "--and please don't destroy anything!" to which Jin and Yoongi guffaw, even Namjoon finds it funny.

He underestimate his strength again.

"Hey Eun Byeol!" Jin suddenly calls her. Eun Byeol hummed, taking the job Namjoon had failed miserably after she got another chopping board.

"You live in Washington right?" he suddenly asks.

"Yes why?"

"Jin hyung, I swear, if you really want me to keep my respect for you, don't you dare continue." But Jin just ignored Yoongi.

"Then you must do laundry often."

"What?"

"Get it? Washing-ton. You wash tons of clothes a lot."

"Jin, you know I have a tendency to throw anything on my hand when I'm pissed. And I'm crazy good at hitting bullseye."

Jin gulped and stop laughing when his eyes fell on the sharp knife on Eun Byeol's hand.
