Chapter One

*Your P.O.V.*

I woke up Monday morning to start my first day at South Park High. We had just arrived at the small town of South Park Friday after moving for (Hometown) when my dad had a job transfer.

I got up that morning to get ready. After I finished my morning routine and got dressed, I slid an extra hair tie on my wrist, when I thought back to that guy who had helped me the other night.

"Hey, are you okay?"

His voice kept replaying in my mind, thinking back to his mesmerizing eyes- Stop, what am I doing? I can't keep daydreaming about a kite...

I let out a sigh. I'm being ridiculous. Some boy and his friend helped me from being mugged. That's it. There is no need for me to fall in love with him. No matter how pretty his eyes were, or how soothing his voice was...I'm hopeless.

I grabbed my books and made my way downstairs, where my mom was. We got in her car and went to the school. The both of us went to the principals' office to get all the paperwork taken care of, and then I got a tour of the school from the guidance counselors. Once that was all done, I made my way to my second period class, geometry.
