I felt like such a dick. (Y/N) didn't deserve that at all, and I couldn't stop replaying the situation in my head. I couldn't stop thinking about her. I watched her all day at school, and after our little disagreement brought on by Stan, she didn't look my way once. I saw her talk to Bebe, probably to apologize, and she seemed to be able to mix in with the rest of the girls pretty well.

This led me to a tight spot. There was no way after this morning and the two them becoming friends, that (Y/N) was actually going to talk to me again. I had to think of a way to get to know her.

I was taken away from my thoughts as my phone started to go off. It was a group chat with Wendy, Bebe, Stan, and me.

Wendy- So everyone is okay to go to the movies Saturday?

Bebe- It works for me : )

Stan- What about you Kyle?

I let out a sigh and read the messages over. I wasn't doing anything, but I wanted to be doing something...just not that.

I let my eyes wander around my room, trying to think of an excuse, when my eyes landed on the kite on my floor.

That's perfect.

Me- Sorry, I have plans, can we try for next week?
