I sunk out to Roman’s room

“Ro?”

“I’m not Thomas’s hero anymore...I-I failed them… I failed Thomas...I’m no prince…”

“Roman Prince Creativity Sanders,” I walked over kneeling in front of him taking his hands, “That is not true. You are Thomas’s hero, do you hear me.”

“But you nodded your head, he was lying.”

My heart broke at how empty and broken his voice sounded.

“No Ro, I’m sorry, I was saying he was telling the truth. Gosh I-I thought you knew that I’m sorry Ro.”

“H-He wasn’t lying?”

“No, Ro he wasn’t lying.”

I traced circles on his palm, “Did Patton come check on you?”

“No why?”

“He said he was coming to check on you.”

“Patton hasn’t done that since Logan and Virgil had their debate.”

“That was back in 2017 when you guys called Virgil, Anxiety.”

“Yeah, but Pat still cares, just doesn’t you know…”

“Show it, check on you, make sure you’re ok, all of the above?”

“Yeah...anyway how was the rest of the video?”

I sat on the bed with him, “Good I got accepted by Thomas.”

He wrapped an arm around me and I rested my head on his shoulder.

“That’s wonderful love, next is my brother.”

I smirked, “Easier said than done.”

Knock! Knock!

“Roman! It’s Remus and Logan. Can we come in?!”

“Yeah that’s fine Re.”

I heard the door open and footsteps coming over to the bed.

“Hey guys, you ok?”

“Yeah, we’re terrible, Logan are you not ok?”

“I’m adequate thank you for your concern.”

I sighed, rubbing my forehead, “You don’t want to try again?”

“Fine I’m not “ok”, I knew Roman was going to do it so that’s fine but then Patton and Thomas started ignoring me… I’m starting to wonder if I should stop showing up. Just leave it to you guys seeing as Thomas apparently doesn’t need me.”

“Logie that’s not true. Thomas need’s you as much as he needs Roman.”

Remus hugged Logan from behind pulling him to sit on the bed.

“Remus is right Logan. You’re Thomas’s Logic, Roman is his creativity. You’re both important and needed in Thomas’s daily life. Without Roman Thomas wouldn’t be able to make videos. Without you Thomas won’t be able to make a proper video, won’t be able to add the facts needed. Sure Roman gives Thomas the ideas but you help put the whole thing together.”

“Thank you Janus, it means a lot, if only the other two could say the same. I’m just tired of being ignored and not listened to. I try to see things from their point of view, not add as many facts but they don’t listen, they use me then push me back to the side. I’m...done…”
