A/N: Hey there! I just wanted to apologize for keeping y'all waiting for so very long. It's been rough and I've been dealing with a lot of things. I have no idea when the next update will come but I haven't given up on this story! I'm not too confident with this chapter...it's hard getting back into a story you haven't written for a while. If you guys hate it, I might change it, but for now, I hope you enjoy.

Thank you all very much for your continued support!

As a student, Anna had always enjoyed and looked forward to the weekend. Saturday's were always a busy time with the Marauders. They'd spend the whole week just plotting for that one day of fun. They'd go exploring or sneak into Hogsmeade or prank one of the other houses. It was great fun.

This Saturday, as a teacher, was not quite so exhilarating. It was quite boring, in fact.

She peered down at essay after essay, grading dutifully with Remus at her side planning the details for the following week's lessons. Every job had dull days and this just so happened to be one of them. They'd been working since breakfast, but they'd made good progress.

It was the afternoon when Remus asked her to go to the library to fetch a couple books and scrolls from the library.

"Take your time, getting back." He said soothingly, massaging the frustration out of her shoulders. "Stretch your legs, take your mind off work. Taking a break will do you some good."

She looked up at him with tired eyes but a giddy grin. She slumped her head against his chest from where he stood behind her desk chair.
"Remus, my dear~" Anna sighed reverently, enjoying the feeling of her tense muscles unwinding, "you spoil me."

He smirked. "I know," he plants a final kiss on her forehead, "and you love it."

She rolled her eyes and stood' giving him a proper kiss before reaching for her coat and heading for the door, "I'll fetch some tea, while I'm at it. If you can withstand the loss of my company for long enough, that is?"

He rolled his eyes at her teasing tone, "I'll be counting the seconds, your highness." He performed a small mocking bow before settling down in Anna's place at the desk.

Anna smiled to herself, as she finally exited. She ache to have to leave her husband at the desk like this, but 30 essays in a row made her eyes sore and her joints feel creaky. When she stepped into the courtyard, she sighed as the fresh air and warm sunlight washed over her.

As she strolled through the school, she took in the beauty of the castle. The magical establishment was nearly always bustling with life at this time of day. The tone may have been dampened by Sirius's confusing antics but only slightly. Most of the castle's inhabitants seemed intent on enjoying the day, in spite of the recent disturbances.

The ever high-spirited Sir Nicholas greeted her Jovially in the halls as he'd always done since she was a first year. The pictures on the walls chatted animatedly amongst themselves. Many of  them even stopped to greet Anna as she passed.

She spied Sophia, the young Ravenclaw girl she'd come to adore blushing madly as a dark-haired Gryffindor witch was proudly showing off the newest spell that she had mastered. Golden sparks lit up her face in warm light as she turned a quill into a gorgeous light pink Peony. She presented it with flourish to Sophia, who's eyes brightened at the beauty of the the flower that was being gently tucked into the curls of her pinned blonde braids. Anna giggled to herself at the sight as she continued her stroll. Really, her kids were just too cute sometimes! Severus said that she was too nice to her students but, honestly, she honestly couldn't see herself finding more joy anywhere else than she would here with her students.
