7: Confusion & Doubt

What was he going to say? She did seem to pull him away hurriedly. Almost like she was trying to prevent him from saying something.

I was getting kind of suspicious of what was going on. Did I miss something?

Whatever, it's not like it matters to me. The past is in the past, no need to think too much.

"SU YU!" yelled Micheal as he waved his face in front my face.

"Huh? Did you say something? Sorry, I was  caught up in my own thoughts." I dazedly said.

"Oh, nothing. Just wanted to make sure you were ok. You seemed a bit stiff." he said as he stared at me weirdly.

I brushed my hair away from my face as I dismissively stated, "No, I'm fine. Just a bit shaken."

Then he pulled a cute puppy face with his large eyes and invisible ears, almost protesting the fact that I didn't tell him what's up.

I felt a bit bad, and he seems like he'll be a long lasting friend, so I said, "Oh stop that puppy dog face. You want me to 'spill the tea' right?"

He nodded his head vigorously with a cute pout. I think my heart almost melted, as I tried not to awww.

"Fine, I'll tell you during lunch break. Go to class first!" I said as I pushed my from behind to the building.

"Ok! I'll be waiting to hear all about it." Micheal said excitedly as his invisible tail wagged.

*Lunch Break*

I felt a large breeze passing by, and then a huge arm circled around my shoulders.

"Micheal, how come your so energetic. You weren't like this this morning. That's a huge 180."

"Su Yuuuuu, we're friends so of course I would be more open with you! And you promised to spill the tea! Come on, let's go. I'll pay for lunch."

"Ok, ok. Let's go, I want meat buns and soy milk."

I felt confortable enough to tell him my story. Maybe he's the angel that God sent for me. But obviously, I can't tell him about my transmigration, I'd be labeled crazy.

"Well in short...I used to like Chao Feng and was a bit crazy about him. Chao Feng was my childhood friend who I grew up with. We are still neighbors, but he became distant from me after my rival Chang Yin caught his attention. Everyone including Chao Feng thought I was bullying Chang Yin, thus making them hate me. The truth is, she's just a white lotus bitch who pretends to be nice on the surface. I used to be provoked by her because I would get jealous and rage. Now it's different, I kinda gave up on him."

"Wow, sounds like a roller coaster ride. Damn. I kinda feel bad for you. But the question is how jealous were you?"

I gave a sheepish laugh and said, "Ummm, you know, the usual. Pushing her, pulling her hair, or cursing her. It's not even that bad, she was being a rude bitch."

"Ok, that's not that bad. But like, that's bad. Of course other people would blame you. Don't worry, I still love you. You'll always be my friend."

"Awww, you're so sweet Micheal."

We then gave each other a nice bear hug. But of course, some people just have to come interrupt us like flies that won't go away.
