Of course it had to our favorite couple Chang Yin and Chao Feng that interrupted our bonding time.

Chang Yin was already hanging off of Chao Feng's arms like a sloth. And Chao Feng seemed totally cool with it, besides the deep scowl on his face.

They walked over to us and the first thing that came out of my mouth was, "Why is it that I see you guys everywhere? What do you want?"

"What do you mean Su Yu? We are childhood friends, why are you still with this guy?" said Chao Feng.

"What? How is this any of your business? Aren't you the one who doesn't want me bothering you? Now you are butting into my business? Are you jealous?" I said in a sarcastic tone.

Then I felt a cold chill down my neck and spine as Chao Feng's scowl deepened even more so, almost like the winter wind blew in.

"I didn't mean it that way. I said not to date so early. You need to get good grades so we could all go to Y University."

"Are you kidding me? I'm not dating him, but even if I was it's none of your business. And like I said, don't be so hypocritical. Just look at you and Chang Yin."

I swear after saying that Chang Yin looked down and smiled secretly. She must be feeling giddy for dating Chao Feng.

"I told you, I'm not dating her. She's just a friend like you."

Then in the corners of my eyes, Chang Yin lifted her head up swiftly towards Chao Feng with shock and surprise. And I coldly humphed.

"Are you seriously fucking joking with me right now? Just cause you say you aren't dating her means you aren't? Why do I see you letting me hang off of your arms like a bitch?"

"That's a different story, I —"

And now it was my turn to look shocked. I think I just saw him tilt his head downcast, and almost blushing for a quick second before his face turned back to being ice cold.

What the fuck was going on? Did I seriously just see that or was I daydreaming?

Before I got to ask him what the frick was going on, I saw Chang Yin pale slightly, pulling him away again.

I sighed and turned my attention back to Micheal.

He sat slouched and relaxed against the chair with one leg on his knee, and a raised eyebrow.

"So, now you remember that I exist?" he said sarcastically.

I gave a sheepish laugh and said, "I'm so sorry. I just didn't want to get you caught up in this drama.

"Oh man. Let me tell you. I think he was blushing just now." said Micheal with a devilish grin.

"Are you for real? I thought I saw wrong. You sure?" I said Alamo's confusedly.

"Oh, yes I am sure. Although it was for a split second, but you should know, I'm good at reading people. I'm sure he likes you."

This time I got a little worked up.

"NO! He does not like me. That was just your imagination."

If he really liked me, he wouldn't have pushed me to take the bullet. He wouldn't have treated me so coldly. He wouldn't have abandoned me.

"Ok,ok. I'm sorry, but believe me. There's no reason for me to lie to you. Are you sure you didn't misunderstand something?" he said almost in a whisper.

Then I got quiet.

A misunderstanding? How can there be a misunderstanding? I clearly felt the push. The cold shoulders. And the glares. What could've I missed?

It's not like I could tell Micheal that I've reincarnated, but... should I believe him?

Maybe...just maybe I did miss something?

That thought flashed in my head and I got scared.

No. There is no way I'm going to die again. No way. I am not risking it.
