Chapter 20

Taehyung pov

She is hesitating which is not good. I am still on my knees waiting for her to reply. But she is just biting her lower lip. Does she not love me? Is there a fear of hurting me behind her hesitation? Is she hesitating because she doesn't know how to reject me?

It means she doesn't love me. She loves someone else? Who can it be? Erik Hyung? She is the closest with him other than me. Yes, it could be him.

To ease the situation, I smiled at her and said, "If you don't love me, it's alright to reject me. It's not like you are the last girl on this earth. I will try and find someone else."

She smiled back and said, "Oh Tae! You are such an angel. I was scared to hurt you. I am sorry tae, I love someone else. I didn't know you loved me or I would never have..." she cut her own words.

"Or what?" I asked.

"Nothing. I better go to bed. I have lots of work in the morning.. Goodnight." saying that she rushed out of my room.

She rejected me- Just like that. I love her too much. How can I ever get over her? She said so easily that she loves someone else. What will I do now? How can I see her with someone else? How can I bear the pain of this broken heart?

I ruined my room completely. I didn't know what else to do, so I took one of the sleeping pills and tried to fall asleep. Slowly, I drifted off to sleep.

'What was that? Taehyung loves me? But I never gave him any hint like I am interested in him. I always made sure to let him know that I am in love with someone. Did he think I love him? Oh Tae! What have I done? And what was I about to say? That if I already knew I would never have gotten close to him.

Now things are so awkward between us. I just hope you will get over me soon. You said its alright but I could see the pain behind your smile. I hope everything will be alright.' YN thought to herself.

RM was excited to know about YN and Taehyung. As soon as they came back, he forcefully took Suga to Taehyung's room because he knew Tae would be so excited to share this news with him.

The sight of his room shocked them. It was a complete mess. The entire room which Taehyung decorated with his own hands was now ruined. Seeing the view, RM and Suga realized that YN rejected him and this hurt him to the extent that he messed up everything.

Suga went near him and tried to wake him up but he was only mumbling in his sleep, "Don't leave me YN. I love you YN."

They understood that either he got himself drunk or took his sleeping pill. But noticing his sleeping pill bottle beside him, they came to the conclusion that he took it.

In the morning, Taehyung cried hugging Suga. He let him do that as he knew Tae needs someone to lean on. Tae said that he will try everything it takes to forget her and move on. He said that he will avoid her till he gets over her.

It's been a week since Taehyung's proposal. Since then both YN and Tae are avoiding each other. They only smile at each other when necessary. It's not difficult avoiding each other as they were busy with their own schedules.

But surprisingly, Jungkook is even avoiding her making her wonder did she do something to make him mad? His silence was killing her. She was trying to talk to him but he keeps saying that he is busy. She kept wondering if something happened without her knowledge? She thought What can she do now? The only time they interacted properly was when she surprised him about his collaboration with Justin Bieber.

The ringtone of her phone distracted her from her thoughts. She received the call after checking the caller ID. "Hey baby girl how are you?" shouted Chaerin on the other line.

"I am fine Chaerin how are you?" asked YN.

"Hey what's up girl? You sound very low?" Chaerin asked.

"I don't know." said YN in an uninteresting tone.

"Sucks to be you." Chaerin said laughing.

"Yes I guess." YN said in a sad tone.

"Hey you are worrying me girl. What happened?" Chaerin asked with a worried tone.

"Jungkook's avoiding me for a week. I cannot bear his ignorance anymore. I don't know Rinnie. It hurts seeing him making excuses to avoid me."

Yes, Chaerin knows everything about Jungkook and YN. She knows everything right from the dare when YN kissed JK to Taehyung's confession.

"Don't worry baby girl as far as I know, he is planning to surprise you."

"What?" YN asked not believing her.

"Hang on girl. This is the silence before the storm. Anyways I need to go, Kevin's being impatient. Bye"

"Bye."

YN hoped what Chaerin said is true. She just wanted everything to be alright.

On the other hand, Jungkook hoped Jimin's plan will work. He asked JK to avoid YN for few days and to propose her when she is expecting the least. He said it would surprise her the most. This is what Jimin did to Fariya. He proposed her when she was not at all expecting it and now they turned out to be the best couple. Even ARMYS Know about their relationship.

Honestly, Jungkook is not liking the way he is avoiding YN. She is making efforts to initiate the conversation but JK is avoiding it saying he is busy or tired. He hates to see her sad face. But tonight everything will be alright. 'I will make it upto you YN, I promise.' he thought.

YN pov

In the evening, I went home with Erik as Jungkook already left in the afternoon saying he has some work. I think he is making excuses...... My thoughts were interrupted because..........
