Chapter 65

Jungkook didn't know how to react. The only person he thought as his best friend was trying to break him a part from his wife.

"Are you sure YN?" he asked again.

When she nodded her head, he kissed her forehead and moved her out of the way and stormed towards Jess.

He pulled her by her wrist harshly making her face him and making everyone around gasp.

He screamed on her face, "What do you want from my wife? Why can't you just leave her alone?"

She furrowed her eye brows innocently, "What do you mean Kookie? What did I do to your wife?"

"Why did you send her to V Hyung's studio yesterday? Why did you lie to her?" he asked tightening his grip on her wrist.

She winced in pain making him let go of her. "I didn't..." she was about to start but Jungkook cut her off.

"Don't. Lie." he said gritting his teeth.

Everyone was looking at Jess, judging her as if she was from another planet, unable to bare the humiliation, she ran away from there crying. Normally Jungkook would feel guilty but this time he didn't.

He went back to his wife only to see her holding a frame of a picture in which Jungkook was smiling showing his bunny teeth. His wife was looking at it as if it was her whole world. This thought alone brought a smile on his face. He went and sat beside her on the couch.

"What made you give up on us YN when you still love me so much?" he asked out of the blue making her look away.

"Look am not judging you. Now after thinking from your perspective, I think if I were in your place may be I would have done the same thing. But I just want to know even after knowing that I was waiting for you why did you give up on us?" he asked desperately.

"Your post." was all she could reply.

"Post?" he asked bewildered.

"You posted a photo with Jess with a caption My heart and accompanied with a purple heart. I demanded an explanation but you never replied." she said with a hurt expression. "I thought may be you gave up on us. So I.... I'm sorry Jungkook." she said now with eyes full of tears.

"I never posted anything like this. Do you think I would take the risk after the rumors of you and I being together were being spread?" he said making YN frown.

"But I have screenshot." she showed the screenshot of Jungkook and Jess together.

"What?" he asked. "How is this possible?"
"Look its not even in my post history and no one even commented about it. So this clearly means this post was made so that only you can see it. Only you were selected as the viewer." he concluded.

"Only the manager or your assistant has access to your account Kookie. So it must be Jess or Manger Kang who did this." YN said making Jungkook agree with her.

Jungkook pov

YN and I went to confront our Manager. He did not even try to hide the fact that he made that post and it was all a plan to break me and YN apart. It was done because he considered YN as an outcast as she was a non-Korean. This thinking of him boiled my blood.

"So you mean to say every fan that is contributing their efforts in the company and because of whom this company is getting profits and you are getting paid are all Korean?" I was fuming with anger at this point.

"Our nationality, skin colour, gender identity, religion these are the differences that we humans created for our convinience but honestly speaking, we all human are the same. We need love, respect, care. If you can't give it to other human, you cannot be considered as a human being." I said.

YN started showing her anger now, "Being a manager it's your job to make sure that your artist is doing well. But you tortured him to the level that he was depressed. Let's take this matter to Mr.Bang. Let's see what your seniors have to say about your low thinking." saying this, YN dragged him by his collar. I was shocked to see her this furious.

YN and I fired everything in front of Bang Pd nim and his eyes and mouth were agape. I even told how he tortured me all these days that he would get YN fired from the company saying that my relation With YN wasn't accepted by Bang Pd nim himself.

Bang Pd nim looked towards Mr kang and said, "Mr. Kang, this kind of behaviour is not tolerated in this Company. Jungkook has the right to love anyone. I never stopped him from loving anyone. You were the one who said that Jungkook didn't really love YN and that's why we decided to deny the rumors that were being spread. So it means you lied all the time?"

"I'm sorry Bang Pd nim but I really disliked her." Said Manager Kang.

"Mr. Kang you are fired from the company. You are no better than the past employee who leaked BTS's information. Now  you better spit out everything that you did or I will have to call the Cops." said Bang Pd nim.

"Don't call the Cops . I will confess everything."

"Is anyone else involved in this?" asked Bang Pd nim.

He lowered his head and answered, "Not involved, but Jess knew about this."

He started narrating everything he did. How he planned to break YN and I apart. How he leaked the moments that YN and I shared at the backstage of The Late Late Show. How he hired few people to spread Negativity on social media. Seeing which, how other fans started spreading hate towards YN.

This information was too much for my brain to process but only one thing was clear. Jess knew about everything but kept it to herself.

Mr. Kang started begging not to involve police in this as he is the only meal earner at their home. But to ensure BigHit's safety a case was filed against him but his family's safety was taken care by BigHit.

I sent YN back home with Mr. Lee and went to confront Jess.

"I'm sorry Jungkook. He threatened me. I wanted to tell you but I was scared. I'm really sorry." she started begging for forgiveness holding my legs.

"You have no idea what you have done Jess. Because of Mr. Kang half year of my life became a living hell. I hated V Hyung and YN because of your silence. I was depressed. I tried to end my life. I tortured YN. On top of that, You used my drunk state to satisfy your lust only to blame it on me. Can I ever forgive you?" I asked looking at her. When she couldn't reply, I left her alone in her sorrow and left for home.

What has happened? Only if I spoke to Bang Pd nim if he was against our relation, things would be so different. Only if I didn't agree to deny my relation with YN, she would be mine all along.

Now that everything is clear, I shall make everything right.

I smiled at the thought that my wife stood by me today and is waiting for me at home. I was about to open the door but noticed that it was slightly open. I peeped inside only to see V Hyung and YN hugging.

The smile which was dancing on my face was now replaced with hurt.
