Just like Taehyung said, the staff and every person in BigHit are very welcoming and caring well except Jess, Jin's assistant. She is too bossy and nosy.
They guided me through the process of work as I am new to it. I am yet to be told whose assistant I will be as they are really busy right now with the upcoming album of BTS. Till then I am working as an assistant to Erik.
I must say working for BTS is not an easy task. You must be ready to work 24×7. You never know what type of work will be assigned when. I have been getting along well with the members now. They have been very busy lately.
Actually we all have been. About Korean, I can understand Korean to a larger extent and I can even speak few common words of Korean now.
