Chapter 68

They were waiting impatiently for the doctor to come out and tell that their maknae was alright. Every passing second felt like an eternity. Finally the doctor came out of the emergency room making everyone rush towards him.

"How's Jungkook?" asked Taehyung.

"He's alright. He has few minor injuries and a fracture in his shoulder but I suggest that he should stay hospitalised for a month. He should be alright soon." the doctor informed.

Everyone were relieved that their maknae will be fine again. Suga gestured YN to enter the room but she was too scared. He literally had to push her in.

"YN." said Jungkook as soon as his eyes laid on her.

"I'm sorry Jungkook. It's all my fault." she sobbed going near him.

"Hey its not your fault. Stop crying, I'm alright." he said smiling bitterly.

She went and caught his hand in hers. "I'm sorry." she said again.

"No, I'm sorry for taking Jess' help. But honestly, I didn't know she would try to kiss me. If I knew earlier I would never had done it YN. I'm sorry I didn't know I forced myself on you. Honestly I don't remember Yn. " he said.

"It's okay." she said smiling. "You should rest." she added and called others letting the Hyungs meet their Maknae.

Jess came running towards them without even bothering about her surroundings. She entered Jungkook's room.

"I'm sorry Jungkook. It's all my fault. Only if I didn't drug you that night, you wouldn't force yourself on YN and that wouldn't lead to this accident." she confessed.

"What?" everyone was shocked now.

"I did many other things too. I'm sorry Yn, Jungkook. I was behind breaking you apart. I was the one who blackmailed Sehun to get in that VIP room that night. If he didn't, I threatened him that I will post videos and pictures online in which he was harassing you. I was scared of losing Jungkook. But seeing you this way, I'm scared for you. I'm sorry Jungkook. I'm really sorry. Please just don't hate me." she said crying.

YN hugged her letting her cry. When Jess let go of her, YN slapped her right across her face hardly making everyone gasp in shock.

"This is for torturing my husband." she said. She slapped her again, "This is for ruining everything." she slapped her again, "This is for using his trust and innocence."

"Now if you have minimum humanity, leave him alone." she said in a stern voice.

Jess nodded her head and left the room clearly regretting everything. Everyone praised YN for standing up against Jess.

Later BigHit also filed a case against Jess. She was also fired from the company.

A month passed and Jungkook was completely recovered. He would be discharged the following day. YN entered the room with his breakfast. Nothing was normal between YN and Jungkook but both didn't try to bring the topic.

YN was waiting for Jungkook to return home and to talk to him and end this relation where as Jungkook was waiting to get home and make everything alright. He thought all those things he did in his drugged state hurt her but the actual thing that hurted her were the words he said being completely sober.

Him believing Sehun more than her hurt YN to the level that it made her feel that there is no trust in their relation and that they cannot be happy with each other no matter what. She made up her mind that as long as they are together, they will only hurt each other.

"YN. I think it's time we finally spoke about us." Jungkook said making her face him.

"Jungkook, I already told you, I don't think anything can work out." She said the same words again.
