Chapter 1: How It Started

"Goodevening, this is CNN Korea. I'm Lee Yoonmi bringing you this shocking news. Astronomers have found that a supernova is about to explode this year. Base on their calculations, it will be tonight. Countries all around the world are now preparing basic necessities for any future damage caused by this explosive supernova. Authorities request the citizens to cooperate and stay at home to prevent any injuries or even death. Let's call on Kim Inrin for more updates." -News reporter

"H-Honey..." -Mrs. Shin

"Shh huwag kang mag-alala. Magiging maayos ang anak natin..." -Mr. Shin

"P-paano kung mamatay siya?" *panicking* -Mrs. Shin

"Hindi mangyayari 'yon." -Mr. Shin

"AAHHH!!!" -Mrs. Shin

"Nurse!" -Mr. Shin

"Mr. Shin, dito nalang po kayo. Dadalhin na po namin siya sa operating room." -Nurse

"Ngayon na ba?" -Mr. Shin

"Yes sir. Manganganak na po siya." -Nurse

Mrs. Shin, the mother of Yuna was about to give birth to her the day an explosive supernova was about to explode. But this won't just affect Earth but also other planets as well.

Asterin

"Your majesty, there's this supernova that's about to explode anytime soon. I advice to warn the people and tell them to stay at their own personal homes for their safety." -Adviser

"Very well. Go and do so." -King

"Yes your majesty." -Adviser

"Father! Father! Mother is about to give birth!" -Lea

It was between the 2000s decade when the world or rather, the universe, experienced a never before seen, supernova. Both the Earth and the kingdom of Asterin saw how it happened. People stayed in their houses and prepared all their necessities for they know the explosion of the supernova will affect everything and everywhere it could reach. Just like the Shin family, in Asterin, the Huening family is going to have a baby boy.

Earth

"Sir, the supernova is going to explode any second. Kailangan nating babalaan ulit ang mga tao!" -Worker

"Tawagin mo ang president, ngayon na!" -Boss

...

"AAHHH!!!" -Mrs. Shin

"Konting tiis nalang po Mrs. Shin." -Doctor

*Baby crying*

"Nurse, kunin mo yung mga gamit." -Doctor

"Congratulations Mrs. Shin, your baby is healthy!" -Nurse

"Oh my, thank goodness..." -Mrs. Shin

Mrs. Shin successfully gave birth to her first baby girl. She's so happy that she's healthy and the supernova haven't exploded yet. The nurse then called for the father.

"Tawagin mo na ang tatay." -Doctor

"She's pretty." -Mrs. Shin

"Just like her mother." -Nurse

*Mumble*"Thank you." -Mrs. Shin

"Honey?" -Mr. Shin

Mr. Shin, the father of the baby, is also happy to see his daughter alive and healthy. It was full of joy inside the room as a newborn baby has lived.

"Anong ipapangalan natin sa kanya?" -Mrs. Shin

"Yuna. Her name is Shin Yuna." -Mr. Shin

Asterin

"Your majesty, a little bit more." -Servant

"AAHHH!!!" *crying* -Queen

"Father, is mother going to be alright?" -Lea

"Yes daughter, she'll be alright." -King

"Your majesty, the queen has given birth to your son. You may now go inside the room." -Servant

"Mom!" -Lea

"Hi sweetheart..." -Queen

"So what's his name?" -Lea

"Kai. Prince Kai Kamal." -King

After the birth of these two babies, an unexpected loud sound was heard everywhere. The supernova everyone fears exploded and it's sound spread across the universe. Most people got injuries on their bodies and some died for it is very powerful no one can survive being the same healthy person they were. Fortunately, the two families survived the explosion. But something else was happening...

"A-ano? Yuna... Oh my Yuna! Nurse, anong nangyayari sa anak ko?!" *panicking* -Mrs. Shin

Asterin

"Father! Mother! What's happening to Kai?!" -Lea

Something weird and terrifying was happening to the newborn babies. They were glitching. Yes, it's a glitch. But to their surprise, they're both perfectly fine but surely not normal. What happened?
