Chapter 24: Mission

~Third Person's P.O.V~

"You're here?" -Ryujin

"Yeah. If I'm not here, how can you see me?" -Terry

'Grabe naman common sense nito...' -Ryujin

"Ok ok I understand." -Ryujin

"Did Yuna came here too?" -Terry

"How'd you know?" -Ryujin

"Common sense." -Terry

*Face palm* -Ryujin

"What do you think they're doing here late at night?" -Terry

"Maybe to eat? I smelled sandwiches when Yuna left." -Ryujin

"Well Kai is eating..." -Terry

"Kai? Where's your respect??" -Ryujin

"He doesn't wanna be called in a formal way." -Terry

"Ohhh." -Ryujin

The two had a mission on watching over their friends that are hanging out at the garden. Terry making sure nothing happens to the prince and Ryujin making sure Yuna won't glitch. Ryujin had no idea why Terry was being savage when he was very kind the other day. While watching them, Ryujin's pinky finger suddenly glitched and Terry noticed it.

'Oh no. Not today!' -Ryujin

"You too?!" -Terry

"Shh!" -Ryujin

*Whisper*"Sorry. But explain what's happening now!" -Terry

"I ahh... I can glitch?" -Ryujin

"Are you scared or nervous? Or maybe anxious?" -Terry

"N-no I'm not. Why?" -Ryujin

"Maybe the reason why your pinky finger is glitching." -Terry

Ryujin was surprised to see Terry being concerned and worried over her. She was always expecting people to be frightened when they find out the she and Yuna can glitch and have powers. But it was different for him.

"You're not scared of me?" -Ryujin

"No." -Terry

Ryujin thought that maybe Terry is one of them that's why he wasn't scared of her. But to make sure of it, she asked him if he too, can glitch and have powers.

"Can you glitch too??" -Ryujin

"Not me. I have a friend who can do the same." -Terry

"I see..." -Ryujin

'First, Kai and Yuna. Now Joanne? What's going on??' -Terry

'Nag-giglitch rin ba pinky finger ni Yuna ngayon?' -Ryujin

Kai, Yuna and Ryujin's pinky finger were glitching that night. It's like the universe is giving a sign that they have powers and are connected to each other. Babies who were born when that supernova exploded and were blessed with powers. But that won't be easy.

"I have a feeling they'll stay here until midnight." -Terry

"Are you that smart?" -Ryujin

"Maybe?" -Terry

"So what're we gonna do?" -Ryujin

"Wanna switch with the two of them when they go home? I'll talk to Yuna and you talk to Kai." -Terry

"Why would we do that?" -Ryujin

"Get to know each other." -Terry

"Good thinking Terry! I really think you're smart." -Ryujin

"Thanks. I hope Lucy won't look for him back at the castle..." -Terry

"You're right." -Ryujin

*Knock* *knock*"Kai..." -Lucy

"..."

*Creak*"Kai- Kai where are you???" -Lucy

Lucy found out that Kai was gone inside the castle. Since she couldn't find her nephew Terry, she thought that maybe they went somehwere else. She just hoped that they will come back before midnight strikes or the king will punish her. Meanwhile back at the garden, Kai and Yuna saw their friends hiding behind the bushes at the other side of the garden. They went towards them while the other two were still talking about not getting caught.

"Terry?" -Kai

"Ryujin?" -Yuna

'Oops...' -Ryujin

"Ryujin?" -Terry

"Oh, she meant Joanne." -Ryujin

"A-ahh, I meant Joanne hehe..." -Yuna

"What're you two doing here?" -Kai

"We're watching you, obviously." -Terry

'Heto nanaman tayo...' -Ryujin

The four already saw each other. Well atleast nothing bad happened to Kai and Yuna. As the three were still talking, Terry saw Kai, Yuna and Ryujin's hands glitched.

'First, their pinky finger. Now their hands? Seriously, what's happening??' -Terry
