Chapter 75: Best Moment

Yuna was still at the castle inside Kai's room. They're playing hide and seek. Although they're married, they're still teenagers, so they play like kids. If that makes sense... They got tired so they plopped themselves on the huge bed for two.

"That was a good game." -Kai

"Yeah... I got tired. Btw, there's something I wanna ask you..." -Yuna

"Sure! Go ahead." -Kai

"Does Lucy had a lover before?" -Yuna

"Yeah, why?" -Kai

"Sir Yeonjun also had one before..." -Yuna

"Ohh." -Kai

"He said it was Lucy." -Yuna

"What??" -Kai

"He said Lucy had the same powers as me and Ryujin when they were teenagers but when the supernova exploded, they forgot each other and she lost her powers." -Yuna

"I didn't know that..." -Kai

"But now that they met each other again, I think they're starting to remember. So there's a chance we'll remember each other." -Yuna

"The problem is, we'll lose our powers so you can't teleport back." -Kai

"Yeah..." -Yuna

Kai looked at Yuna who was beside him and stared at her for a couple of seconds. He doesn't like the consequences their powers have. In life, there's pros and cons. Advantages and disadvantages. Most importantly, positive and negative.

"I'll miss you Yuna." -Kai

Yuna also looked beside her staring directly at Kai's brown eyes. She's scared on what could happen in the future.

"I'll miss you too Kai." -Yuna

They just stared at each other admiring their features. They've never been this close since before. All they wanted was to be by each other's sides and never leave. But that's exactly what will happen when the supernova explodes. They only have a few weeks to spend their lives together before it all goes down to waste.

"I don't wanna lose you." -Yuna

"Me too." -Kai

"I... Love you Kai." -Yuna

"I love you too Yuna." -Kai

"Wanna know the korean words for I love you?" -Yuna

"What?" -Kai

"Saranghae." -Yuna

"Sarang..." -Kai

"Sa • rang • hae." -Yuna

"Saranghae... Saranghae Yuna!" -Kai

"Saranghae Kai." -Yuna

"What do you wanna do next?" -Kai

"Let's just stay like this. I want you on my side until before the sun sets." -Yuna

"Then let's just sleep." -Kai

Yuna doesn't like the idea of sleeping. What if she wakes up and Kai isn't there beside her anymore? That became her number fear besides zombies.

"Kai, I'm scared to close my eyes..." -Yuna

"Hey, remember the song we always listen to? Don't be scared to close your eyes. Now sleep, I won't leave you." -Kai

"Promise?" -Yuna

"Promise." -Kai

"Alright." -Yuna

Even though Yuna was scared, she still closed her eyes. She trusts her husband. Even if it wasn't a date, it wasn't much romantic, and they didn't went on a trip, for them, just being together is enough to call it... The Best Moment.
