Chapter 52: Huening Sisters Pt.3

~Bahiyyih's P.O.V~

Hello! I'm Bahiyyih and I'm the youngest in the Huening family. This might be my first and last P.O.V because I have a really important contribution in this story hehe. When father announced that Kai is getting married to princess Judy, I never felt excitement. Suspicion was in my head since day one. According to the law, the eldest must be the first one to get married. But if there are any circumstances, might as well allow the other child to marry first.

If Kai will be the first one among us siblings, father has a reason for it and my conclusions were right. I wasn't about to tell Kai about this until he told us that he doesn't like princess Judy. Since then, I dug up more info on what's going on and found another reason. This time, he really needs to know this. After the dance, I hurriedly took Kai, Terry, Lea, Lucy and princess Judy with me outside the castle.

"What're you doing Bahiyyih??" -Lea

"Shh! Just follow me."

"Wassup your highness?" -Terry

"Ahh, you mean 'what's up?'" -Lucy

"No. He means 'wassup?'" -Kai

"Stop this for a sec. I need to tell you something. The wedding should be canceled!"

"Bahiyyih!" -Lea

"No seriously! I'm sorry Lea..."

"Bahiyyih, don't do this." -Lea

"Father is very ill and there's a chance he might die. Since we're losing a king, we need to replace one. That's why Kai is the first one to get married even if Lea is the eldest."

"What??" -Kai

"What's the problem with that your highness?" -Lucy

"Me and prince Kai don't like each other." -Judy

"We kinda already know that." -Lea

"Then who do you like?"

"Judy and Terry like each other!" -Kai

"Prince Kai!" -Terry

*Chuckle*"Sorry." -Kai

I was just staring at my brother being childish and making a piece sign infront of our royal guard Terry. I'm younger than him but he acts like the youngest. I mentally face palmed myself from his action and just proceeded with what I'm about to say. He's really embarassing sometimes. Good thing we're all used to it right now.

"Ok, so we now know some secrets but there's one more thing you need to know... Father chose princess Judy to be Kai's future wife because of Lasivyaki's wealth. He thinks that Asterin can benefit from it."

"But that's how it works." -Judy

"No you don't understand, father wants to steal Lasivyaki's riches!"

"Bahiyyih, how did you know this??" -Kai

"I heard father and his adviser talking in his room."

*Speechless* -Everyone

I finally told them what they need to know. Father wants to steal Lasivyaki's riches to make Asterin the most powerful and wealthy kingdom in Kepler. I maybe the youngest but I got brains. Don't mess with young people. They're sometimes smarter than you. No offence.

"We really need to stop the wedding." -Judy

"But how?" -Kai

"Tbh, there's really nothing we can do." -Terry

"Terry is right. Your hignesses, kings and queens are more powerful than princes and princesses. Stoping a command by the king will be a tough one." -Lucy

"But we have to." -Lea

Since we can't think of a plan and our parents might get suspicious on our long disappearance, we head back in. Before Kai stepped a foot inside the castle, I told him something that I hope will lighten him up.

"Hey Kai."

"Yes?" -Kai

"I support you and that Yuna girl. I think her name is pretty."

*Smiling*"Thanks Bahiyyih." -Kai
