Chapter 31: Connected

~Third Person's P.O.V~

Kai went back to his room feeling pissed off. Terry noticed this and though he wants to talk to him, he let him calm down first. He's planning to tell Kai about Yuna and Ryujin possibly having powers after witnessing that they can glitch like the prince.

"Sorry for what I said. My sisters just said something that made me angry." -Kai

"It's alright. Are you calmed down now?" -Terry

"Yup. Is there something you wanna tell me?" -Kai

"Kai you see... Me, Lucy and your family are the only ones who knows you have powers right?" -Terry

"Yes." -Kai

"But what if I tell you there's someone else who is the same as you? Well I'm not sure but there's a chance..." -Terry

"What do you mean? Who's this someone that also has powers??" -Kai

"Yuna and Joanne. Back at the garden, I saw your hands glitched. Not just you but also them." -Terry

"Wait, Yuna can glitch?!" -Kai

"Yes." -Terry

Kai was shocked to hear what Terry told him. He was processing what he said, thinking if it's true or not. But the only way to confirm it is to actually ask the Shin sisters about it.

"Let's go back to the orphanage!" -Kai

"Right now?" -Terry

"Yes now!" -Kai

"Hold up! Where are you going?" -Lucy

"We're going to the orphanage Lucy. You don't have to come with us. Terry is with me." -Kai

"Are you sure?" -Lucy

"Yes. C'mon Terry!" -Kai

"What's up with him?" -Lucy

"Hmm... Emergency?" -Terry

Kai and Terry hurriedly went back to the orphanage. Hoping to see Yuna or Ryujin there. The prince was eager to find out the truth because if it is, it means that he's not alone anymore.

*Knock* *knock* -Kai

*Creak*"Oh prince Kai, you're back! Looking for Hussey and Joanne?" -Lia

"Yes Lia. Are they here?" -Kai

"Not yet but they'll come by any minute so you can wait inside. Come in!" -Lia

"Thank you." -Kai

"So why do you wanna meet them?" -Lia

"We just wanna ask them something..." -Terry

"I see. Sit down pls!" -Lia

"Thank you again." -Kai

"Prince Kai!" -Boy

"Hi there haha." -Kai

"Looks like there are a lot of children here huh?" -Terry

"Yes there are. Would you like some tea?" -Lia

"How 'bout a glass of water pls?" -Terry

"Sure!" -Lia

Lia took a glass of water from the kitchen while the two were waiting for the sisters to come. And by that I mean teleport. The kids entertained the visitors while waiting.

"Here's your water ahh..." -Lia

"Terry. My name is Terry." -Terry

"Here's your water Terry!" -Lia

"Thank you." -Terry

"Lucy isn't with you?" -Lia

"No. She's busy back at the castle." -Kai

"I understand. Serving the royal family is sure a lot of work." -Lia

"Tell me about it..." -Terry

"Ikr?" -Lia

Kai, Terry and Lia were having a converstaion while waiting for Yuna and Ryujin. Lia decided to bring the two to the girls' room for she knows that they'll teleport downstairs where they can see them. What she didn't know was that, there was a change of plan.

"Their room looks comfy." -Kai

"There are many pillows!" -Terry

"Having fun?" -Kai

"Yeah, I think I wanna sleep right now." -Terry

Terry plopped himself on one of the beds and lied down while Kai sat at the bay window of the room. A couple of minutes later, there was something strange going on beside the bed Terry was lying down. The two were startled by it.

"What's that???" -Terry

*Teleport*"Finally! Nasa- uh oh..." -Yuna

"Y-Yuna? Joanne?" -Kai

"K-Kai? T-Terry?" -Ryujin

"I knew it!" -Terry

"Boys there- oh. Looks like you met each other... Need to tell them the truth girls." -Lia

*Whisper*"Unnie, help us." -Yuna

"Unnie?" -Kai

Kai and Terry saw how Yuna and Ryujin teleported to their room. Yuna was worried thinking that Kai might've got scared and doesn't wanna be friends with her anymore. She doesn't know how to explain the situation at first.

"So just to clear things up, explain your powers." -Terry

"Ikaw ng magsabi Yuna..." -Ryujin

"Hindi ikaw nalang..." -Yuna

"Ikaw..." -Ryujin

"What language is that?" -Terry

*Deep breath*"Look, so it's like this. Tbh, me and Joanne aren't from here. We live in a different planet called planet Earth. For our powers... We were born when the supernova exploded and we got this power of teleporting from Earth to Kepler. Also we can glitch." -Yuna

"W-what she said." -Ryujin

"I'm not alone..." -Kai

"Tell them." -Terry

"What're you saying?" -Yuna

"You see... I'm also born the day the supernova exploded. I can also glitch and I got powers too, but a different one." -Kai

"You also have powers?!" -Ryujin

"What kind of powers?" -Yuna

Kai looked around and saw a flower in its vase. He stretched out his hand and the flower floated in the air. He gave it to Yuna and the two girls were shocked. Now Yuna knows how Kai got those flowers back at the garden.

"I can control objects." -Kai

"That's amazing! So we're not alone!" -Yuna

"I feel left out..." -Terry

"Don't you have any powers?" -Ryujin

"Nope. I was born before the supernova exploded." -Terry

"Ohh." -Yuna

Kai went closer to Yuna but then, he saw that his, Ryujin's and Yuna's hands were glitching. That was the day they all found out that they're connected.
