Shaking her head, Kara headed further backstage. Steve was out on stage making a fool of himself for some stupid reason.
His voice got a bit louder, she could hear it off stage. He'd lost the nervous warble and the breaking every other minute.

She leaned back against a stability pole watching as the director tugged and yanked at Steve. The 'shield' shoved further down his arm and the 'helmet' pulled down his face.
Twenty minutes later he finally shoved the blond in front of the camera. The projector lit up and the lights flickered off. Kara tossed a reassuring smile towards him.
The camera clicked on as the 'soldiers' started walking on a platform against a white backdrop with a forest scene projected on it. Steve swallowed harshly, nerves rolling off him, carefully making sure not to trip over his own feet.
She glanced to the camera man who was shaking his head at the group. "Cut! Guys, don't look at the camera!"

"I won't hit a woman," he groaned but heaved himself up with her help. Kara carded a hand through her dark hair frustratedly. They'd discussed this too many times in the last couple months. Steve leaned forward against his knees, rubbing his hand over his face.
