Topper was attractive and he was kind but he also had many problems.
Rafe however was one of the sexiest men I've ever met and deep down he just needed someone there for him but he also had his flaws.
JJ though was the wild, hot, attractive surfer boy that you didn't think could settle for a girl but then he met me and my view on him changed, but he also had his fucked up moments.
What one do I choose?
"Hey y/n!" Topper said gaining my attention. I was behind the bar at the golf course working my usual Saturday shift. We weren't to busy right now so I had time to talk to him.
"Hey topper." I said giving him a light smile.
"You're still working here?" He asked me confused as he sat down.
"Yeah." I nodded. "Being a kook doesn't mean you can't work you know." I chuckled at him.
He laughed lightly back. "That's true." He said. "I wanted to ask you something actually. That's why I came in." He said glancing around nervously. Topper Thornton nervous? Never knew I'd see the day.
"Ok what's up?" I asked him and gave him my full attention.
"Well I. I was wondering if-." But he was cut off my JJ Maybank storming through the doors.
"Hey y/n!" He yelled and gave me the biggest smile.
"Hi JJ." I laughed at his boldness.
"Oh topper." He said as he finally noticed the other boy. Topper didn't even say anything to him.
"Y/n can we talk? It's important." JJ said ignoring topper.
"Uh actually top was just about to say something can you hold on?" I asked JJ, but before JJ could answer in walked Rafe Cameron. You've got to be kidding me. How did these boys know I was working at this time!
"Hi Rafe can I get you something?" I asked him hoping he just came in to get a drink or snack.
"Actually I came to see you." He smiled at me with a wink. My cheeks tinted pink after his little flirtatious wink.
"I bet you did." I mumbled to myself knowing exactly where this conversation would go. "I've got a hunch that you three are all going to ask me the same exact question." I sighed looking at each of them.
"And that would be..?" JJ said confused.
"Of course you wouldn't know." Topper scoffed at JJ.
"Hey! Be nice!" I scolded him. "You guys are all here to ask me out, am I right?" I asked them. They all nodded.
"And you're gonna say...?" Rafe trialed off. I let out a deep sigh.
"Guys. This has gone on for way to long. I've watched you three fight over and over again because one of you gets jealous of the other for being with me. So I've got an idea." I said placing my hands down on the bar table.
"You each get to take me out on one date. Mind you money doesn't matter, it's what the girl would like not what money can afford." I said more to topper and Rafe. I knew JJ would get upset because topper or Rafe could pay for anything yet JJ couldn't and he would think that's unfair. "Whoever I like after the dates I'll choose ok?" I asked them.
"Deal." JJ smiles big at me. I smiled right back at the happy boy.
"Sounds good." Topper said.
"I can do that." Rafe nodded.
"Good! Topper you can plan our date for tomorrow, JJ you get the next day and Rafe you get the next day after that." I said giving them a beaming smile. "Now I have work. So please. Leave." I said trying to be nice but I had shit to do. I watched them all say bye and quickly leave.
"Girl." My boss laughed at me.
"Don't even day anything." I grumbled as I walked past her. I was happy that at least one boy had interest in me but they all were so nice to me and I couldn't just pick one could I?

After toppers date I felt like I was a queen. He took me boating and we watched the sunset on the water. Then he took me back to his house where he made me pizza. It was a create until I had to leave. He started to get all upset because I had the other two dates to on. What he didn't realize is that him getting upset made me hate the date a little. He knew what the plan was and I tried to explain to him and reassure him but he just was angry about it.
Now JJ date was also wonderful. He took me to the wreck we're we had dinner and dessert. Then we went to the sand dunes and sat on the highest one to watch the stars. JJ definitely had an advantage on this date. Kiara is one of my closer friends and he definitely asked her what I liked. I didn't mind though that he asked. I felt special on his date. It went well and I even kissed him after.
Rafes though. That was woah. I felt like I was a light in his life. The thing that made him keep living everyday. He took my on a whole date day. We went to breakfast that morning and then went boating all day. He got me my favorite snacks and drinks for the day out. We talked for hours and I realized how much I was falling for him. Then we had dinner at his house. It was amazing and we finally sat down to cuddle and watch a movie. We did, like JJ date, kiss at the end.
Rafes date definitely was special. I knew it would top the whole idea I had made up with these three boys.

I sat there on my bed leaning against my pillows. My phone was lit up showing my messages.

To JJ:
"J I'm really sorry. I had so much fun on your date but I can't be with you if I'm thinking about someone else more. I hope you understand." I texted him.
I hated to let him know through the phone but I couldn't face him in person.
I waited a while for his response and thankfully he wasn't mad. He understood what I was saying and still wanted to be friends. Which I gladly said yes to.

To Topper:
"Top, I had a great time with you but like I said. I can't be with you if I'm wanting a whole other life with someone else. I'm sorry topper." I texted him.
Like JJ I waited for his response and he was much faster then JJ to reply. However he wasnt as nice as JJ was. He didn't really understand why I wasn't choosing him after I told him why.
I finally needed to tell Rafe. This time though I was gonna tell the boy in person.

"Oh hey y/n." Rafe smiled at me as he opened the door.
"Hey." I smiled back at him. "I choose you." I blurted out. I couldn't hold in any longer I was so excited to tell him. His eyes went wide and he realized what I said. A big smile broke out on his face. He didn't even respond. He didn't have to, he bent down and pulled me into a deep kiss.
"Fuck I've waited since our date to do that." He mumbled against my lips.
"Being honest, I haven't stopped thinking about our date and our kiss." I said to him as I caressed his face. He smiled down at me.
"Can I ask you something?" He said backing away slightly. I nodded my head yes. "I feel like I need to ask you properly. So, will you be my girlfriend?" He beamed down at me.
"Yes of course!" I cheered and jumped up to kiss his lips. "Of course I will." I mumbled again.
I was glad with my choice. It was definitely hard to pick but Rafe was always there for me. He knew me the best and I was slowly falling in love with him. I knew weeks ago before these dates that I needed to chose one of them. I'm just glad I finally did.
