The crisp pages felt rough against Beomgyu's smooth skin as he slicked his fingertips with saliva to turn them . First few pages of the album comprised only of Taehyun's baby photos . In some of them he was bathing happily in a small tub , his mom by his side and in others he was dozing off tucked inside his blanked fort . Taehyun's was flushed a crimson red from top to bottom and refused to even glance at them whereas Beomgyu persuaded him that there was nothing to be embarrassed about ( although he did n't meant it ) . A shudder ran down Beomgyu's spine when his eyes landed on the next photograph . It was a family photo with Taehyun's lying in the arms of his mother and his father standing beside them with an arm draped over his mother's shoulders .
A smile ghosted his father's lips as his feline eyes stared at the camera but his mother seemed a bit uncomfortable . Taehyun drifted his gaze nervously to Beomgyu and found him studying the picture deeply without any hints of fear in his eyes . " I had told you that you should smile often remember .....you look beautiful . See here . " Beomgyu mumbled and pointed at Taehyun in the picture . Taehyun frowned but leaned forward to take a look and he saw that he was laughing brightly while posing towards the camera . His eyes glimmered with pure innocence and mirth and Taehyun found himself gawking at the pic with his mouth slacked open when Beomgyu flipped the page to look at the next photographs .
In the next few photos , Taehyun had grown considerably to a ten year old but somewhere in those years his smile faded away . In every photo it was either him or his mother together but his father was never with them . His mother skin had began blossoming with faint red - blue marks and Taehyun should appreciate that she did a marvelous job in hiding her pain behind her dazzling smile throughout those years . Speaking of himself , his eyes had lost that cheerfulness and it was replaced with complete emptiness . Taehyun knew very well what went through his mind those years back , he used to feel scared and worthless all the time .
Next photograph though surprised both of them , it was of Beomgyu holding a wooden stick in his hand and swinging it in the air , probably mimicking a ninja or swordsman whereas Taehyun stood beside him with horrified expression plastered on his face as he ogled confusingly at Beomgyu , both of them completely unaware that they were being photographed . Beomgyu fluttered his lashes multiple times before cracking up and laughing wholeheartedly while clutching his stomach and Taehyun simply gawked at the pic wondering when his mom had clicked that . " Taehyunie .....why were you staring at me like I was an alien from different planet ? " Beomgyu asked jokingly and Taehyun decided to leave no comment .
The upcoming pictures consisted of both of them and surprisingly without their knowledge . In one Taehyun was angrily chasing Beomgyu who was grinning foolishly while racing through the forest behind Taehyun's house and in another they both were gazing at the drowning sun during sunset but little Taehyun had his head turned towards Beomgyu staring closely at him with a little smile playing on his lips . The last one was the clicked inside the house . Beomgyu had chocolate smeared all over his smiling lips and his arms were wrapped tightly around Taehyun who was holding the box of cookies while smiling brightly with his eyes crinkling into crescents . After a very long time that smile reappeared and that spark returned back to Taehyun's eyes . Taehyun closed the album and his gaze flickered to Beomgyu whose eyes were glistening with tears of happiness . Unverbally , Taehyun engulfed the boy in his arms who wrapped his hands around Taehyun's neck .
No words were shared for sometime but later Beomgyu snuggled his face closer to Taehyun and whispered , " I want to go back . I want to go to your house and relive all the memories again . Please Taehyun . " Taehyun wanted to protest, he did n't wanted to take Beomgyu to the same house where his life was shattered and broken to thousand pieces but he could n't bring himself to refuse and nodded his head in confirmation and leaned forward to trap Beomgyu's lips in a chaste kiss . This time there was no eagerness to rush the kiss , it was sweet , long and full of emotions . He cupped Beomgyu's face and grazed his thumb gently over his cheeks and jaw while the other held him tightly humming softly in his mouth . Both of them were looking forward to next day .
Taehyun called Yeonjun early morning and Taehyun half expected the blonde to pick because he was maybe just sulking or drowsing in the bed being a late riser . So when after a few rings the call was picked and Yeonjun in a heavy voice blurted a " Hello " Taehyun's eyes widened comically and he checked the caller ID again to ensure he was n't dreaming . " Hey Yeonjun is it you ? " Taehyun asked and Yeonjun groaned irritatingly and huffed , " Who have you expected ? " Taehyun smirked and sarcastically said , " To be honest I have expected Soobin . " A loud thump sounded on the other end and Taehyun was sure Yeonjun had fallen from the bed and after some shuffling Yeonjun stuttered , " Wh...What ? What will be Soobin doing in my room ? " " You know it better . " Taehyun commented but did n't gave other time to interrupt as he blurted , " Well I have called to inform you that Beomgyu and I are going back to my old house today . " Yeonjun hummed and said later , " that's great , I am happy for you two . I also wanted to tell you something actually . "
There was a slight nervousness in other's tone and Taehyun furrowed his brows in confusion s the other muttered , " I and Soobin are moving in together . " Taehyun was n't surprised at all but rather amused as he snickered loudly and remarked , " Seems like my expectations were true . " Yeonjun choked on his own saliva and coughed violently before saying , " Idiot not now ....next month . " Taehyun seem to ponder something as he asked , " But what will you do with Huening Kai ? Soobin is like his plushie to him . " " Dont worry about that " Yeonjun chirped , " Actually there is an another piece of information for you . Last week Hyuka's nurse resigned after the latter used her lipsticks and makeup for painting masterart on the walls . We got a new replacement nurse and her name is Shin Yuna . Kai seems to like her a lot as he follows her each instructions obediently and never troubles her . The whole faculty is surprised by his behavior . When we disclosed about moving together , he like a normal person congratulated us and asked to visit him often .
Taehyun could n't believe what the other said and right now he was very much interested in meeting that Yuna girl who most probably won Kai's heart .

Alright ......you all must be thinking I am a hardcore Kai x Yuna shipper but that's not true . I just find both of them cute together and after all Kai is the only one single in TXT .
