The bed was empty when Taehyun woke up the next morning and realised that the shower was running , maybe Beomgyu was taking a bath . He snuggled closer to the sheets where Beomgyu laid the previous night smiling to himself and fluttered his eyes close missing his warmth . But even after half an hour when there were no signs of Beomgyu , Taehyun climbed up from the bed and stomped towards the bathroom door and paused just inches away from it . He did n't bother to put on the shirt and listened quietly to water dripping on the marble floor but their were faint whimpers coming from inside . Taehyun instantly bursted through the door which was thankfully unlocked and his eyes landed upon a motionless Beomgyu who was back facing him , the red scratched lines were on full display on his bare back . His smooth , creamy body glimmered under the water , his silver eyes were unsteadily fixed at a distance and he never acknowledged Taehyun's presence .
Taehyun walked closer to him and traced the cut marks on his back gently from his fingertips and Beomgyu stiffened at the contact first but relaxed almost immediately . Taehyun placed his hands on the other's slim waist and grazed his lips soflty over each and every mark left behind his father . He kissed all the marks tenderly and felt Beomgyu shudderring slighlty as he arched his back . Taehyun snaked his arms around the other's waist and held him close . He ducked his head on Beomgyu's shoulder waiting patiently for him to break the silence and finally aftersometime Beomgyu mumbled , " I could imagine his ugly touches lingering on me . I feel used and dirty Taehyun . " His voice cracked at the end of the sentence and Taehyun heart crumbled on seeing him in this condition .
Taehyun slowly turned Beomgyu around so that the boy was facing him and tilted his chin upwards . Those eyes seemed lifeless and have lost its spark completely as Taehyun gazed into them . He engulfed the boy in a warm hug and Beomgyu did n't took time in reciprocating the gesture and encircling his arms around the Taehyun's neck . Wordlessly ,Taehyun lifted the boy bridal style in his arms who simply placed his head on Taehyun's chest . They both emerged from the door and Taehyun placed both of them on the bed with Beomgyu sitting on his lap . The mattress soaked with the water dripping from their bodies and Taehyun grabbed a spare towel and dried Beomgyu's drenched body .
Beomgyu let him do the task for he was far more exhausted today . Taehyun ruffled the towel through other's silky , black hair and gave him some clean sweatpants and shirt as he motioned Beomgyu to get up . He himself wore a new T-shirt not bothering to change gis pajamas as he stumbled out of the room before saying , " Dress up and get some rest . I will see you soon . " Taehyun trudged towards Yeonjun's office and his eyes landed on a scowling Soobin and Huening kai who was dangling from other's back squealing happily . Taehyun paused in his tracks and Soobin eyes lightened up and seeing him and he greeted him with a sharp 90 degree bow but sadly Huening Kai butt planted on the floor from Soobin's back and muttered some curses at the said boy who picked him up after mumbling a quick apology .
Taehyun grinned from ear to ear and smiled at Huening kai who responded as brightly as him and then he deviated his attention to Soobin and asked him , " Hey ....I was wondering where Yeonjun will be . Do you have any idea ?" Huening Kai chuckled loudly before commenting , " Well for the inquiry you came to perfect guy . He seems to know all the whereabouts of Yeonjun hyung . Am I right ?" Hyuka wiggled his eyebrows suggestively at Soobin who punched his arm lightly and with a faint blush painting his cheeks answered , " Yeonjun will be in his cabin right now . You can meet him there . " Taehyun nodded in affirmation and marched away to the said man's cabin . When Taehyun opened the door , Yeonjun was going through some documents and he lifted his head to glare at him before mumbling , " Oh Taehyun ....where were you ? I was looking for you everywhere yesterday evening . I wanted to show you these . "
Yeonjun raised up from his seat and handed over some papers to Taehyun before saying , " This is Beomgyu's transfer form . You have to sign it . Here is the pen ." But Taehyun never bothered to take the pen because he tore the documents into a million pieces and threw them in the air . He smirked on seeing that Yeonjun's eyes were comically widened as he ogled at the remnants of the documents scattered on the floor and whined , " Oh my god . What you did Taehyun ? I did n't have any copy of those documents . " " No need for them ....Beomgyu is fucking fine and wait I have proof . " Taehyun interrupted Yeonjun and dialled a number in his phone and after a few rings the person picked up , " Jin I want you with Beomgyu's case file right here in Daegu Mental Faculty within two hours . " A silence lingered and there was no response for sometime before Yeonjun heard someone's shocking gasp from other end , " What are you saying I cannot take the files without Namjoon's permission and morever you want me to bring them over. He will never agree . "
Taehyun rubbed his temples in frustation and barked , " I don't fucking care . Bring him along with you and if you are not here than I will tell your whole department that you both have been dating for God knows how long and probably fucking each other every single day in Namjoon's office . " Jin inhaled sharply and a loud thud sounded throught the phone , maybe Jin had tripped over something and landed squarely on his butt as he exclaimed , " Ok fine . We will be there . Relax dude ..." And the call ended abruptly . Taehyun wanted to remark that it was Jin who needed to relax not him . He shoved the phone in his back pocket and glared at Yeonjun who had confusion written all over his face as he asked , " Who are Jin and Namjoon ? " Taehyun quirked an eyebrow at his friend and replied non-chalantly , " They are boyfriends . " Yeonjun clicked his tongue in distaste and blurted , " I did n't asked that , I had predicted it already . I mean that what do they do and how you know them . " Taehyun mouthed a "OH " and explained , " They both are police officers in Daegu Police Station . I met them three weeks ago when I went there . Don't worry they won't arrest you . " Taehyun cracked at his own joke while Yeonjun frowned not finding anything funny .
" I think they should be arresting you for blackmailing them . " Yeonjun commented .
