As I arrived towards the Dining Hall, I instinctively took my seat. I looked around to see that a few of us had already sat on their chairs, so I played with my nails and waited.
When some more students came in, I looked up to see their faces. Unfortunately, my gaze had locked onto...
Makoto and Sayaka.
Realizing where I was sitting, I jumped up and pushed my chair aside. I could see the shame in their faces as I walked away and sat on an empty seat.
Hifumi's seat.
Stiffly, Makoto and Sayaka sat on their own chairs, an empty glaring gap filling the 2 apart. They looked at the pushed down chair, but they said nothing.
When we were all sat down, I looked to my new seatmates. It was Kyoko and Sakura. They eyed me out of confusion and curiosity, but I didn't bother to answer them.
Soon enough, Taka stands up.
Taka: Okay, ladies and gentlemen! How'd it go? Did anyone discover interesting new!? Anything!?
Apollo: Well, there's a library for one.
Hina: And a pool! A freakin' pool! And locker rooms filled with exercise equipment!
Sakura: There was not, however, anything resembling an escape route.
Makoto: Yeah... S-She's right...
Sayaka: A-And I'm sure that we searched the entirety of the second floor.
Taka: Well hey, there's no reason to get all sulky! Wait till you hear about my amazing discovery!
Apollo: It better not be finding more restrooms like last time...
Taka: Hah! It is nothing like that! The warehouse and the bathhouse on the 1st floor of the dorms are now open!
Apollo: Oh, that's actually interesting news.
Taka: And, the warehouse is chock-full of food, clothes, whatever you want! There's so much its insane!
Junko: New clothes!? That's sweet!
Taka: So go ahead and stuff yourself to the gills whenever you like! Ha-ha-ha!
Celeste: Keep in mind, of course, that going out at nighttime is still prohibited. Please do not forget...
Mondo: Okay, and what about a fuckin' way out of here? You find anything like that?
Taka: Oh, well... Umm...
Mondo: There wasn't anythin' in the warehouse we could use to get our asses out of here? Nothin'?
Taka: U-Unfortunately, no... not that I saw...
Mondo: You fuckin' people... Who gives a shit if we have a goddamn pool now!? Or a warehouse, or a library, or whatever the fuck!? We're still trapped in this piece of shit school! We need to find a goddamn way OUT!
Apollo: Well, did you find anything yourself, huh?
Mondo: E-Err...
Apollo: That's right, sit your ass back down. All you do is talk, yet you can't even find stuff yourself. Figures.
