Finding the house was easy. It was just off the centre of Dallas -- two stories painted a light blue with a little porch wrapping around the front door and to the side. Stepping onto the porch and knocking on the door was a different story. She remained on the steps, trying to pluck whatever courage she could find from the pits of her stomach, she was so focused on that, that she didn't feel the pain that had been racing over her body for the past few days.

As she built it up in her head and tried to think through every possible scenario, she realised how silly she was going to sound, no matter what excuse she came up with. Deciding that it was a bad idea, Kali began to walk away -- only when she. turned around, she found herself face-to-face with Jake, whose jaw hung open and his bag of shopping spewed on the floor,

"My goodness," he muttered, however, Kali was far too focused on his spoiled products to notice,

"I am so sorry for startling you, let me help clear it up," Kali fell to her knees beginning to pick everything up and place it back in the bag, the only thing that wasn't salvageable was the eggs, "I am so sorry," She continued, hoping her apologies would delay her having to explain,

"Kali, Kali it's okay," Jake laughed awkwardly, placing his hand over hers to stop her as he kneeled in front of her -- Kali's eyebrows scrunched as she realised that Jake had used her name,

"What? Have we already met in your timeline... in hell?" Kali asked hesitantly, her voice in a whisper,

"Yeah, yeah we have," Jake explained, "Come on inside and I'll make you a cup of tea, how about that?" Kali didn't hesitate to agree.


They sat around the table in silence, Kali trying to work out how he knew her while Jake watched her with a small smile, "So... wait... I thought you said you died on the same day as... on the 22 of November 1963?" Kali asked slowly,
