After searching all night, Five and Kali found the doctor again. As he walked to the car, with a dog under his arm and trainers on his feet, he had just finished his morning run and Kali and Five watched from behind a nearby building. They waited until the doctor put the dog in the back and got into the car himself.

They then jumped to the passenger seat, Kali was placed on Five's lap. He had done this when they jumped but Kali didn't show the surprise on her face. The doctor turned around and saw them before shouting, "Oh, Jesus,"

"Hello," Kali waved with an innocent smile on her face. She then saw his hand wander to the door so she leaned forward, pressing a blade to his throat, Five still trailing patterns on her hip.

"One chance. That's all you've got," Five answered sternly, his eyes not leaving his girlfriend, who was still smiling. The feeling of a knife in her hand, the hunt, she welcomed, falling back into the pattern of her life. Five continues to elaborate, "One chance to tell us exactly what's going on in that lab,"

"I... I manufacture prosthetic devices for fake patients," The doctor stuttered out, the knife still pressed harshly on his throat, "I bill the insurance companies and then sell them for cash on the black market,"

"Including eyeballs?" Kali asks harshly, her grip didn't falter from the handle of her blade, glad they were finally getting somewhere,

"Yeah, they're my biggest seller," the doctor admitted and Five sighed heavily, "I mean, they sell like hotcakes. I--I've got a list, a waiting list, probably 20 buyers,"

"So, the serial number we told you..." Five asks, his hands now wrapped around Kali's waist.

"Uh, could've already been bought," he admitted again, his eyes trailing between the two teens in his car, "Yes, off-- off the books,"

Five sighed again before replying, "We needed that list, Lance. Names and numbers and we need it now,"

The cool metal dug deeper into Lance's skin, not breaking it though, Kali had moved it when she heard her boy friends' urgent tone,

"I don't have it. I mean, not on me," Lance stuttered out again, "The only copy's in my safe at the lab,"

Kali tilted her head to the steering wheel, "Well, you start the car, then. 'Cause we're going on a field trip,"

Kali pushed herself back, removing the blade, "Okay," Lance answers quickly, pushing his seatbelt on with his shaky hands,

"Now," Kali urges as she leans back to Five's lap, who was smiling proudly as the engine starts.

As they walk up to the lab, smoke rose from the building and Five and Kali took off running, leaving Lance behind.

As they reached the front they saw the fire flicker through windows, destroying every piece of the lab. Kali went to walk closer but Five pulled her back, "What are you doing?"

"I could try and get it, I can," Kali called desperately, trying to get out of his grip.

Five knew she was right but he couldn't let her go. He kept his hands around her waist, "I'm not losing you again," Before Kali could reply, an explosion ripped through them,

Five managed to pull Kali behind him in the air, shielding her from the flames but not the harsh fall onto concrete.

As the fire flickered back, Five quickly turned to Kali, who was staring at the flames, "Are you okay?" He asked quickly, not moving her eyes from the flames, Kali nodded slowly.

Five had drunk and drunk. Kali tried to calm him down as much as possible, though he was a very clingy drunk. As they sat in the library, Five forced her to sit on his lap and every time she tried to sit on another chair he would pick her up and place her on his lap again.

As he continued to drink, Kali grew tired, she hadn't slept properly in a while but the little blue book kept her awake. Five would ask multiple times what the book was about but Kali could give no answers, though things were slowly piecing together.

When she was younger, their father would give her private lessons on an ancient language, the demon language. It had been so long since the lessons, Kali had forgotten a lot but with a pencil, she managed a few more words, it was something about her and powers, that's all she could get.

Eventually, the couple found their way to a pillar and before they could stop themselves, they fell asleep, Five keeping Kali into his chest letting nothing move her.

Diego and Luther found their siblings in the library after a few minutes. They saw Five holding Kali in one hand and a bottle of vodka, Kali had the blue notebook clutched into her also, with the same force as Five had around her.

A young Klaus and Kali sat in the corner of a dark tome. Klaus had pulled Kali close to her, half to try and protect her and half to ensure he wasn't alone. The screams, the cries were never-ending and every time Kali looked into the darkness she saw men, women and children with blood pouring from different parts of them.

They would scream and run towards her before vanishing before their hands could touch her. As they continued to spiral, the door swung open. Standing there was their father, calling into the darkness, "Welcome back to the land of the living, Number Four and Eight,"

Kali and Klaus slowly got to their feet, grabbing onto each other's hands, "Can we go now?" They ask together desperately,

"Have you overcome your fear of the dead?" He called again, not moving into the light so they couldn't see his face, his expression, though it was as cold as the tome. They both nod their head quickly, but everyone knew they were lying, "You must become the master of your own lives, Number Four and Eight, or it will become the master of you,"

"Please," They cry again as their father turned around, "We wanna go home,"

Their father examined their tear-stained cheeks before replying, "Three more hours,"  He then stood back, grabbing onto the doors,

"No," They both yelled before the doors slammed and they were engulfed in the land of the dead once more.
